It has been brought to my attention by myself that I have done many, many plots of my own creation in my time in this guild. There was the Destiny's Purge Plot, the Siege of Midgar Plot, the Avalanche Civil War Plot, and of course, everyone's favorite, the recent Beast Plot (which took like 2 years lol.) Among others. #humblebrag
But in the process, I feel like I've potentially missed great ideas from other people or neglected to pay enough attention to them, simply because I was too into my own plot. Now, I've got plenty of other ideas in the works, including a revolution, a time crisis, and even a few great dragon battles, but I wanted to make a thread dedicated to discussing possible plots from the other ones who inhabit this guild. I'd love to hear some plots some of you guys have, and how other RPers characters can fit into it or what ideas you may have had. So, this is the place to discuss potential plots that may or may not have been festering in that brain of yours. I'm open to anything. Even cannibal-robot-monkey-fish-zombies. Honestly I was probably going to do that one anyway, so you know.
So yeah. Feel free to post here if you get a good idea, even if it's just some small thing that popped into your head. The smallest seed can grow the largest tree, as they say. And I'd love to get you guys more involved into the plots, because I understand when I do plots, I tend to go at either a snail's pace, or go a quintilian miles an hour and it can be hard to keep up.

great idea but I don't know if my ideas could be considered plots since they are mostly a underlining story that is happening during the main story. But I don't know can you make a underling story a plot. I like to know to see if my idea can work.

This just popped into my head, but what if after the Dirge of Cerberus story line, maybe a few weeks after Vincent returns- weird energy readings show up and the WRO notices that. Since the great explosion things started to get even weirder as strange plp (races from FFXIV) show up and some new monsters from rifts that appear at random places, usually deserted areas or quiet ones out of sight or they could fall from some place and boom! Instant questioning!
I'm not sure where else to go with this but I think it would be a neat idea to run with. You guys can add on to the idea of you want!
EDIT: Ok! So new races, aside from Hyur the other ones would probably cause some organizations (if there are any u can make them up) that would be very curious as how these "creatures" evolved the way they did. You'll have to excuse my FFXIV knowledge since I can't really pay to pay the game but I did play for the limited of time. ANYWAY! So let's say the WRO or some group of baddies wants to get their hands on em yeah? That includes the HYURs as well. And that causes some major issues across Gaia cause now they're shunning these new plp? After the whole METEOR, GEOSTIGMA, OMEGA and now this?!
BTW, feel free to add on still!

I like that idea- finding a way to close these "Gates". I haven't played any other FF game than a little of FFVII and XIV. What's "Spira", then?

Linkie to Spira! Lol. It's from FFX if that is what she is talking about. Unless it's another meaning to something and i'm to slow to figure it out. xD All these idea's sound good, though i'm a little rusty on the Dirge of Cerberus story line. It's been so long since I've played that one. We haven't done anything with the WRO story wise, so that could be pretty interesting to bring them back into the picture.

Is it Vandal Hearts that also takes place in Ivalice? No. I think it was Vagrant Story. Yeah that's one. Bringing an Ivalice backstory to the forefront would open the door to a lot of potential game plots involving Both Tactics, and XII. Intredesting.

I have to agree I mean they could do so much then what we saw in Dirge of Cerberus but both ideas sound good but the gate idea sounds kind of like the Dissidia 012 storyline

I remember reading about Zodiac stones, So in FF Explorers they kinda have these stones the Expl go out to find. Maybe it's like D.A: Inquisition? Except certain plp maybe groups of 3 meet specific requirements to close the gate(s)?
Or in Okami, you fight monsters and that goes around a certain amount of time until you hit the final 2 bosses?
Yea, the WRO consist of volunteers who (by Rosso's statement) wouldn't last a day in DeepGround. D.G. being the old president's secret army of super soldiers under his complete command. Those in DG have no mercy and no respect for human life. Basically, Hojo possessed their leader, Weiss, and under the guise he was commanding DG to create a pure Lifestream (No Jenova) to trick the planet into thinking it was in danger to awaken Omega. But Vincent n co. stopped it.

I am not good with story plots that are interesting but if someone like to help what about one where something that forces others into teams where thy are stuck with someone they don't trust or are against each other based on their allegiance (a example would be Shiro my oc and Lucina one dose not trust the other but has to trust them to watch their back or say the president of ShinRa I don't mean Rufus I mean the one that is not from the FFVII series or Xander's father working with someone like Chrom.) It just came to me and thought it be interesting. Of course this is also so those that have oc's in the background can interact more instead of just hanging on the edge having to act like a thief due to whatever reason.

I'm not sure how that would turn out, putting teams together that don't work well or trust one another..I think that would be pretty hard for them to succeed in victory if they are fighting something together and don't really have trust in one another to win, if they are faced with a battle that is. I'm not sure, but something to keep in mind.
I don't know why Silent Hill movie comes to mind. lol. With that fair scene. Sounds like an interesting idea though. Just waiting on Magvel's opinions on these idea's too.

Never saw the movie but heard it was good I was thinking even if you don't like or trust if they have to for survival they learn to work together. Who know maybe after it would change the way how they think about the person they are chained to after all not everything is as it seems. Honestly I got the idea babysitting when the kid was watching Aladdin the tv show a episode about that was on. Also if a plot that like Final Fantasy Dissidea happens or has happened it the same thing if I recall from those games some did not fully trust each other yet worked together. Also thanks and I hope we hear Magvel's thoughts soon I am curious as to what he thinks.
