[META] Unmarked Safehouses

While the Initiative has lost a majority of it's footholds outside the swamp, there are still always places to go for it's members to take a quiet breath and let their hair down. They're out of the way, and often look abandoned and falling apart- but are far from.

Odette Cygnet, the head of the rebellion's external affairs, has spent ample time setting up and stocking their safehouses. Food, medical supplies, sopor, tea, comfy cushions; everything an aching rebel might need, and more, is accounted for. The thick, sweet scent of potpourri wafts through the safe havens, (a different scent for each city!), and lace doilies cover practically every visible surface.

The atmosphere doesn't exactly strike as a place where trolls who plotted against the Queen gathered, but it sure is cozy! Odette herself bounces around the safehouses every few nights, keeping platters of scones stocked and making sure everything runs smoothly.

This thread encapsules multiple safehouses and drop points in Chittentown, Civisect, And New Hemisect City.
It is only for trolls from Salmire Outpost.


Skim A Little Off
All stolen resources should be kept track of individually.
Resources stolen by generating in the central hub SHOULD NOT be reported at any time in any form - only the half that is not kept should be reported.
Once a resource generated at the central hub has been declared/submitted in a main event form, it cannot be used for rebel activities.
Materials collected by raiding should be marked in the raiding form, with the box below checked.

Every time you generate resources in the CENTRAL HUB, you may take half of what was created, rounded down.
All MATERIAL gained via raiding can be directly kept by marking the material gained, then CHECKING THE YES BOX on the raid form.
Resources gained in these two ways go into your own private stash, and can be used in the following ways.

Distribute Materials
To deliver stolen resources, do a simple rp post with the amounts transferred, and submit the form below.
You must also have enough stolen labour to move the resources.
Labour is used up on a 1:1 ratio to move material/research.
For each point of stolen morale, you can spend it to double a point of labour that you have.
If you have no labour, you cannot spend your morale.

Clear Criminal Records
To hack into your criminal record files, you must have stolen 10 points of research.
Do a rp post in the CENTRAL HUB of your team where you perform this action.
You may also do this for other Phoenix Initiative members, if you have the 10 points to spare.
Members may 'give' points of research to each other to get to 10.
Research is used up doing this, and cannot be distributed after.

You can choose to change the description, name, and small details, overwrite the profile and link it with another wanted criminals, or find another way to subtly modify it so that you can walk the streets unmolested.

Your troll is still known as a wanted criminals to those who know them by face or by name, it does not re-write memories. Your old hive will still be remembered and monitored (with the accompanying drone battles mentioned during the last meta), and you still run the risk of being recognised by NPCS (if your character draws attention to themselves) until Aug 1, 2017.

After that, the trolls working in enforcement will have forgotten about you and moved on to new criminal scum, and if your troll wants, they can safely reintegrate with society. Remember, stay alert, stay safe!

She'd done good. And all together, they'd do pretty awesome, she was sure. It'd give enough materials for them to work on something later. Placing a hand on her hip, the tealblood slid back out of the area, feeling slightly accomplished. She couldn't help but wonder who was gonna pick it up and bring it over to the swamp, but hey, that was definitely NOT her problem right now. She did, however, need to check up on the Facilities...!

Bracks slipped into the safehouse closest to the dome. Byakko had made sure that all the rebels knew where to find a place to let their guard down throughout the race, but his defenses were still up. Carefully, he placed what he'd managed to snag from those clueless royalists and ignorant troll sheeps into a corner that he quickly marked as his by constructing a wall of juice boxes around it and slapping a paper on which his name and symbol was hastily scribbled. Luxara slipped into one of the safehouses after making super duper extra sure no one was tailing her. She pulled the fabric down, freeing her mouth. The greenblood took a deep breath as if she had just come up for air. Even just a handful of nights being unable to expose her face outside of her dorm hive was getting to her.

She paused to check out the decorations. "Cute," Luxara said with a smile after a moment. If nothing had convinced her this was a rebel space, now she would be. Rough exterior, surprisingly pleasant on the inside.

But, business. She pulled out the stuff that needed to ship. "Hope it's enough," she muttered. It was hard juggling swiping and all the other stuff going on. Well, she could work on that after she got back.

"It's clear. C'mon!" It would be easy to accuse Cerpin of yanking Tevini around too much but he seemed more comfortable dragging her by the wrist to ensure she was still with him. The redblood had the ability to disappear into a crowd and fade out of sight which meant he had to keep her close by. He dropped a package he had been carrying into a basket for someone to retrieve later. They'd done their job, making it here to drop off supplies stolen from the elevator effort.

... why was the place covered in doilies? His eyes shifted around the room in confusion and a hint of disapproval. Cerpin liked punk rock posters and studded accessories. He just didn't 'get' this kind of aesthetic. But whatever, it wasn't his place to decorate.

"Hey look, they've got scones here." He bit into one. It was a little stale but still good and he chewed it contently. It was the first snack he'd had all week that tasted like something real and not like cheap rations bought in mass quantities or Tevini's weird garbage food scavenging. Hats off to the troll who'd thought to stock the place with a few rewards as well as the basic necessities.

"Okay." They'd been waiting in the shadows for some time now and her leg was starting to cramp up. When Cerpin pulled her out, Tevini was half relieved to be moving- at least it was progress. Stumbling after him, she entered the safehouse behind him and let out a breath. Shoving another bundle to the counter, she dropped off her package of stolen supplies as well. Tevini wanted to get it done fast in case they needed to make a quick exit or hide. She wanted to believe this location was safe but one could never be completely sure.

"Ah, I'll have one too." The scones looked decent enough. Tevini wasn't much of a foodie and didn't care if they were fresh or old as long as they were edible. Biting into one, she ate the pastry matter of factly- it wasn't anything more than fuel. Cerpin's expression said otherwise for him and she rolled her eyes. He was always so dramatic about food.

"I think we'll be able to do it now. The question is what next?" They'd figured out a way to hack their files in the database. All they needed to do was actually go finish doing it. But after that... should they continue stealing supplies? Try and edit someone else's file? Flee? She bit her lip and pondered on the next step.
