Are you talking about the Fish Market CI, or plain old Aquarium fish? If the former, unfortunately not as there is no way to differentiate those two items. If the latter, it's possibly something we can discuss for the future, but no guarantees we'd move forward with it.

Unfortunately we probably won't be able to provide anything in the way of actual updates to the Fishing game for quite a while, if at all, as the game's code is very old and Flash doesn't actually support the code it is written in anymore. Updates would have to come in the form of us rewriting the entire game.

You actually don't get a rebate for real life lottery losses, you can claim them on your taxes, but that's generally if you lose a lot of money. o_o

Yup, we've been reversing transactions of people that have been affected by this and making sure that the Kin get returned back into the economy.

Pretty sure the "loading security code" is a result of using adblock and Solve Media not being able to load the appropriate CAPTCHA.

Current estimate is by this week, if you have a recolor coming out and you're worried about the value, I would speak with the project custom team and see what they can do for you.

We've disabled the game that was causing the issue, unfortunately there isn't much that can be done to monitor situations like this if people are going about it in ways that do not initially trigger us to investigate. Though keep in mind that this isn't a situation that happens often at all, I think this is only the second big trade disable issue we've had since August 2015, so I would continue trading without worrying about it happening again.

We're still working on enabling trading passes. Users who need to have their Kin levels adjusted will be resolved when we've gotten through the trading passes. If you've PMed me, I still have the PM and will be helping you out.

We're hoping by Sunday, we're about 2/3rds of the way through and we'll be working through the weekend on everything to clean up if it isn't finished by Friday.

Are you talking about normal recolor rigs with items in them?
If so, normal recolor rig will be coming out as scheduled.

Which question are you referring to? About the Joker and Harley items?
Because I can never answer yes or no specifically to questions relating to items/color choices for items.

I'm aware of the PM, we're still enabling trading passes. If you have PMed me back with a concern then I will not be able to get to it until we've enabled the trading passes of other users to ensure that they're also being taken care of.

Unfortunately with Quartz Stubs there is no expected turnaround.
We have quite a queue that we're working through right now, but if you don't hear back in another 2 weeks or so maximum, feel free to check in again.

Unfortunately we don't have a large enough support team at the time to handle live, real-time support. It's something that we've explored in the past, but we'd have to either drop other areas of support that we offer, or massively increase the size of our support staff, neither of which are a viable solution at this time.

Generally if we ban someone, they can come back onto the account with a mule or otherwise use an existing mule to use the site. First time bans for non-serious offenses usually result in the account getting banned.

Ban evasions comes into play if we believe you have an idea you're going to get banned and purposely move your items over into a mule to try to avoid faces the consequences of the ban (losing your items). Or if you are banned on one account, come back onto the site with a mule and re-offend on the mule, or if you use a mule for the purpose of offending on the site to try and avoid the punishment on your main.

We have various ways of investigating it, but none that we want to get into too much detail about.

This question has been asked and answered before, which is one of the reasons it was skipped.
They will not be removed and they may have some use in the future.

I believe we changed it so that you can drop anything into the Dumpster, we were getting a lot of requests from users to allow them to drop higher value items, so we decided to accommodate it.

I'll address this, as you seem to have ignored the fact that we're also answering a lot of other questions from other users. Let's break down today so far:

Arlette has answered two questions regarding our LQIs and exclusive items.
I've answered 30 questions, ranging from questions about bans, trade disables, events, features, and more
Sloth has answered 27 questions, ranging from Kindred, bugs, features, making sure users feel welcome in ATS, and more.

A total of 59 questions have been addressed in ATS this week (and maybe more, as some of us will occasionally stick around to answer additional questions after the fact). So to say "actual questions get ignored by staff" is baseless and incorrect. Define "actual question." What are they? "Hard hitting questions!?" We've addressed things such as LQI and exclusive policies, something that is very important. We've addressed trade disables, something that has plagued a number of users for a couple of weeks now. We've addressed bugs and Kindred, two prominent things on the site. Anything asked in Ask the Staff is equally important as it's a way for users to come to staff and interact with them. We take an hour out of our day that could be spent either fixing account issues, creating art, events, developing or improving features, in order to provide some time for the community to get to know us better and get their questions answered.

We can't get to every question, for many reasons, maybe we don't know the answer, maybe the staff handling ATS this week isn't qualified to answer (you wouldn't want a developer to answer an art related question), maybe we've already answered the question in the past and don't want to spend time re-answering the question when we could be addressing someone else, maybe the question wasn't formatted, or maybe we just do not want to answer the question because we don't feel like we need to give a response to it. Do you go onto Reddit AMAs and say that the AMA should be called, "Get ignored by someone because they won't answer my question?" No. You go into it understanding that you may not get a reply to your question, but you give it a shot because if you don't try, then you'll never know.

Let's take a look at the two questions that were asked by the two of you:



We've answered this question, you even give part of the answer to the question in your question. They're usable in Alchemy, then we need to have a way to supply this item into the ecosystem so that it can be utilized for Alchemy. Yes, there is the zOMG cache, but there is also another avenue in Lake Kindred for users who do not want to gamble with zOMG caches. So no, we currently have no plans to remove Charge Orbs from Lake Kindred as they have a purpose in the game and who knows if we might utilize them again in the future for something else. It's been a question that we have answered, and as a result, we didn't answer it in this week's ATS so we could address other questions.


We do not answer things regarding item suggestions, this is made clear in rule 7 of ATS here We may tip your post, we may reply thanking you for the suggestion, but in general we do not answer questions regarding item requests because we cannot guarantee that the items will be made. Maybe we'll take the suggestion into consideration, or maybe we'll never do the item at all. Item requests are one of the most asked questions in ATS and typically end up drowning out other questions, so as a result, we don't answer them so we can spend our time getting to other users. If you read the rules of ATS, you would have seen why your question was not answered.

I want to make it absolutely clear that we do our best to get to every question that we can. We will never be able to address every question, nor will we permanently extend the time for ATS past an hour as we need to be able to also address other things on the site and do the rest of our jobs. If your question wasn't answered, it isn't because we hate you, it isn't because we want to purposely ignore you, however ATS certainly is not a place where we ignore every question asked of us and ignore "hard hitting" questions. To say so is absolutely wrong and completely uncalled for. So the next time you come to ATS, think about your question, think if it's been asked before, check to see if it's been previously answered, see if the type of question is one that we won't be able to answer by reading the rules, and review why we may not be able to answer all questions before suggesting that we rename it to, "Ignore the Questions."
