Here, I would love to talk about how everyone eats healthy.
Like what little health foods do you secretly love to indulge in, favorite recipes, and foods you can't get enough of.

For me: Indian food. Love it. My favorite is called buttered chicken. It's chicken in a very creamy sauce that I have no clue what is in it, and have it all over saffron rice.
And yes, it is healthy. In moderation. sweatdrop

I would eat more vegetables, but first I need to learn how to cook. x x I think I might take some classes sometime in the near future. Raw salads are pretty good, but it's nice to change things up. Farmer's markets are the way to go if you ever want to find something that's fresh and local. You never know what you might find.

Another thing, once you know basic cooking, experiment! Find flavors you like. Find what works for you.
Like one of my favorite go-to meals is any veggies I have in the fridge, cooked, with a can of great northern beans and whatever seasonings I crave that day. It's healthy and yummy.

I've been cooking and in the kitchen since I was 4 so, there's a lot of experimental cooking in my life. Apparently I mastered potatoes....
