Yeah that could be, from the pictures that they released on the web about that episode, shes like sitting at a table, with a crushed little medicine-taking water cup infront of her and she looks crazy, but it could be thats shes a stressed out worker.

Water they may very well just be trying to save some money... yeah, we disscussed them just saving money on a lost forum before, and if they needed another vehical, they could just go get one of Ana Lucia's (couldn't spell her real name XP ) impound car's, but really, it's something special, same car, 3 times, hitting 3 main characters, I know I've seen other car's on the show, why couldn't they use them if it isnt something special?
