Probably not something we're doing as we don't currently have a way to update fishing.

Recently there was an incident where a User bought up a bunch of rare Kin with evidently illegitimate gold, some from the Capture Seal, and threw a number of them away completely destroying them. I know you guys are hard at work fixing the situation and I greatly appreciate it, my question is Will anything be done about the destroyed Capture Seal Kin, or tossed Kin in general? IIRC Ember the Crimson Fox was one, and since they're limited to begin with it makes it even harder for those who want to obtain one down the line.

I've always wondered why if say I buy something from a seller in the MP and that item was not legitmately gotten why do MY trades/account get banned?
Or why would I get in trouble if I sold something legit and some one bought with will ill gotten gold?

Your trades get disabled because more often than not we need to reverse the transaction that was conducted. It's a lot easier and less confusing for the users if we disable your trades and prevent you from being able to use the gold/items that you received. For example, if I buy something from you for 1 million gold, it's quicker for us to remove the 1 million gold in your account because we disabled your trades.
On the other hand, if we didn't do that and you used the gold to buy six different items, then sell three of those items, then used that gold to buy other items, we'd have to track down all the items and gold that changed hands since that transaction which makes the situation a lot longer, and the resolution slightly more confusing for the user.

Hello! Yes. Unfortunately we have not released all of the quartz stub hairs even from when stubs were introduced. As you know that rig had about... 40 stub hairs in it. We had FAR more stubs turned in than that. So probably for the next few releases of the stub there will still be hairs from when the stubs were first introduced.
Don't lose hope! We are releasing another rig soon. c:

We could certainly do that, however it would potentially free up the name to be used again.

Was wondering if there was a way to verify which of the chance items that Lake Kindred grants still drop the rares such as tickets, perfect parcels etc. Because I have noticed that the information available currently is mostly by word of mouth with some gaians saying that the CI items no longer grant rares and just as many others claiming that there still exists a chance (even if its a small one). If you could provide an official list, chance the marketplace descriptions of the items that claim they still drop, or do whatever you can to enlighten Gaians on the matter that would do many wonders. Personally I just want to get a better understanding so I know which Lake Kindred CIs to invest in and which to sell because I have noticed a lot of gaians hording CIs for the same purpose despite having no verification if those CIs would give them the item they seek. I look forward to hearing from you, Gaia. <3 ^ ^

Next time you do a mini event can you give us more information about it up front like what the point is and achievement information without being vague? I know you posted something on Facebook about it but I only found that out after the event finished. I don't use FB much, and relying on an outside source for information about Gaia rather than having that information on Gaia to begin with is kinda dumb...

Often the only examples of a particular Kin for sale in the MP are "used" - higher than Level 1. How about making a potion (or something) that rejuvenates the Kin back to Level 1? That way the new owner could get copies of whatever rewards it offers.

While this is a nice idea, there are several problems that could arise with it, so unfortunately we won't be pursuing an idea like this in the future.

Heya! So within the last 2 months, even less maybe, ticket prices have doubled, almost tripled for some tickets!
It's because a small handful of exchangers are buying them to hoard or to inflate, almost none of them actually use these tickets aside from a small few!
Will there ever be measures to prevent this? It's kinda messed, tbh.
Could you maybe add an expiration date to most kinds of tickets??

We have discussed creating an expiration date to tickets before, but unfortunately it is not possible at the moment. There are also many problems that would arise with having an expiration date on tickets: for example if you bought it from someone after it expired, or right before it expired.
At the moment, we don't have any plans for this, but we are aware of the issue.

I appreciate the reply we received from Sloth about the issue with someone receiving two extra poses of their item, but I have heard people say that users have received extra tickets as compensation as well.
I understand this may have been when other peeps were in charge, or before the change of rules, which is cool, so what I'm really asking is, can we have a statement or something, to say that compensation this big won't happen again for tiny things?
(I am in no way saying that people shouldn't be given compensation, as I work in customer service, sometimes people are ******** dicks and you want to give them something to get them off your back, and sometimes you want to compensate someone for a geniune mistake and the user is really nice)

I understand what you are saying.
So, I will go back and discuss this issue with the Project Custom team. I believe the most reasonable thing we can do is add something to the rules regarding this.
As for the tickets being compensated, /that/ is something that happened under different people, and very rarely if at all. This kind of compensation was never used for the type of issue that was addressed though, compensation like that would have been from a much bigger issue. In the past there have been some rather generous compensations, I will agree, but moving forward we have developed quite strict guidelines for when such an issue arises.
The reality of it is that we have a right to compensate as we deem fit if we do make a mistake. Free pose compensation is likely not something that will happen again, but again, we have to judge everything on a case by case basis, because each and every ticket that is submitted is different.
None of these compensations were given in the past few months, they are just being brought up now because the items they were attached to are being released.

Since the changes between the Rainbow Ticket and Double Rainbow Ticket have been established, I've had a small concern regarding items whose original poses are all of the same colour, or limited in colour in general. If using a Rainbow Ticket only allows for a user to essentially colour-swap an entire colour in a pose (sans ombre), it makes it difficult for users to recolour an item into a truly unique fashion without being forced to obtain a Double Rainbow Ticket. Meanwhile, for these same difficult items, Gaia continues to release their own recolours that essentially "break" said Rainbow Ticket rules themselves.
One great recent example of this is Between Sea and Sky. The original was entirely offwhite, not a colour in sight, even though there's quite a bit of detail involved in the item and a lot of different parts that could be done in different colours... which one of the very first recolours, Between Neptune Sea And Sky, did right off the bat.
However, if users want to recolour the item in a way similar to that one, they'd need a Double Rainbow, even for the tiniest simple change like the gem on the circlet, which is just silly and a waste of a Double Rainbow if you ask me.
My request is this: Can the artists please try and keep the colour blocking rule in mind a bit more when making new items?
In the case of Between Sea and Sky, it would've been better to release the neptune version as the original and the offwhite as a recolour later, for example; then users would have a lot more freedom when it comes to putting specific colours in specific places~
For poses with a lot of detail/different parts, just please don't make the entire pose one colour; and if the item is already in a colour scheme with three colours or more, try to fit in as many of the colours in each pose as possible, at least for the original - later recolours can always go back to basics and just limit it to one colour per pose.
(In general, I'd like to see more items that feature at least three colours on the original, because even two colours can be limiting - for example Aspiring Doll Artist's Sitting Legs, Collection and default poses)

This makes sense in all honesty! I will have a conversation with our artists about this. I can't guarantee anything, because sometimes the way that an artist first wants their item presented is important. However it makes sense! Thank you so much for your input. <3
