Smiling, though Moira tilted her head, "S-she..?" she asked hesitantly, "W-wait.. who are the graves for..?" she asked, feeling her heart sinking a little bit more as she asked, having a feeling in her gut that she knew who they were for, but she just wanted to make sure.

Maune looked back at the graves and smiled. "For Kailani Ravenspyre and Sigen Aldanae.. Local legend said they were betrothed to each otha and died in a tragic accident a very long time ago. Been here since I moved into town few years ago... I come up here e'ry mornin to plant more poppies and pay respects..." she explained softly. "I'm sure she's really happy where she is now.." she looked to Moira and smiled, bowing her head slightly. "Thanks ta you..."

Looking down at her four arms, Moira smiled softly, "Thanks, Mauna. I'll.. stop by your place before I head out." She smiled at her before making her way up to the graveyard with the poppies. Once there, she lingered on the edge of the field of flowers before carefully tiptoeing her way through them like she had before, soon kneeling down in front of the two graves and placing a hand on each of them. "Thank you.." she murmured, bowing her head a little bit.
After about half an hour, she started to pick some poppies, three. One to put behind her ear, and kept holding the other two. Eventually, she made her way back down to the coffee shop, her head held low.

Mauna nodded and smiled. "O'course... I'll be waitin fer ya.." she responded before moving on down the hill towards town.
After the while, Moira had made it back to town, as she would notice the jeep she had drove in on was perfectly fine albeit covered with a slight bit of dust now. Mauna waved at Moira as she entered the coffee shop then frowned, still seeing the sad look on her face. "Ya want the same thing as b'fore or somethin different?" she asked, ready to serve her whatever she wanted, "...it's on the house.."
It was erriely quiet in the cafe for the moment, as it there wasn't as much of a ruckus as there had been last time, but there were teenagers with backpacks walking around outside making their way to school as Mauna glanced out the window at a familiar group of angels and elves. Halon and his friends were talking as they walked. She frowned a bit before returning her gaze to Moira.

"The same as before will be fine.." Moira smiled a little bit before sitting down at the counter, having spotted a couple chairs there. As she set down the two poppies she had been carrying on the counter, "So...I guess I was living in two realities for awhile...the one that I was seeing...and the real one.." She whispered, just looking at the flowers, spinning one gently between her thumb and index finger, "It makes this a bit more sad.."

"Comin' right up.." she spoke as she made quick work to start in on a large raspberry cheesecake latte and heating up a blueberry muffin. She listened to her talk, pausing for a moment. "I 'suppose you could say that.. I think it's somethin like, the natives are so disconnected that they didn't realize she was still around... what we saw was different from what really happened... like parallels." she explained calmly, keeping her eyes focused on what she was doing as she continued, "I think what is sad... was that she was trapped for so long..." she spoke, coming to pour the mixture of latte into a large cup and sliding it toward Moira. "...but it looks like she's at rest now... Halon didn't come in like they usually do... and everything seems okay now..." Mauna retrieved the blueberry muffin from the heater and put it on a plate, setting it in front of Moira. "...I don't know whatcha did while you were on that island,... but I think the balance 'round here is restored..." she frowned slightly as she looked away. "...I'm just... gonna miss all the noise, I guess.." she sighed, frowning as she just stood there not sure what to do about it all.

As the muse spoke, Moira watched her, but at one point looking back down at the poppies, "But you saw her and remember her - why do you remember her if they don't?" she asked before taking the latte and sipping on it once or twice and just holding the cup in her lower hands while another hand just sort of prodded the still-hot muffin. "When she told me..what had happened to her, I was honestly expecting to come back and having no one remember her, which would be an awful way to go...which is why I wanted to take some of the poppies..."
As she paused, taking a sip of the latte, she let out a soft sigh, "and... we helped each other. I told her that before she left.."

Mauna thought on the question for a moment, "It may have been because I wasn't born here like everyone else was in this town... I'm an outsider like you.. I started seenin her a lot when I opened the shop, eventually she talked to me 'bout that island, but I really wasn't able to do much to help her, and I think she knew that... so we just talked a lot whenever she came around..." she explained. "Then you came along... and guess you were able to help her move on..." she answered then sighed with a sorrowful look. She then looked to Moira, "Don't worry 'bout her not bein remembered... I'll make sure her story is the one that is the only legend told here... I ain't got no 'tensions of leavin' so I'll look after her and Sigen's graves... And don't be a stranger... feel free to come visit whenever ya want..." she offered with a smile.

Moira smiled into the cup, sipping it a bit more and feeling a little better about everything now, though she still needed to get back to the base. "That's good.." she whispered, closing her eyes and enjoying both the latte and the muffin, "I'll try and stop by when I can, maybe I can bring some folks with me, too." she opened her eyes and looked at Mauna and smiled a bit. "I know of a friend who would be interested in your recipes, that's for sure." she chuckled a bit.
Once she finished the latte an the muffin, she moved to stand, "Thank you, Mauna, for everything." She bowed a little bit before heading out of the little coffee shop and to the jeep, starting to dust it off a bit. "Man, I hope this can hold me now.." she laughed.

Mauna smiled and nodded. "O'course... the more the merrier!" she spoke invitingly, and chuckled.
"Thank you as well, Moira.. for everything you've done.. for Kailani." she thanked her back and bowed a bit, then waved as she moved out of the coffee shop and went back to work as usual.

As she opened the door to the jeep, Moira attempted to get and fit into the jeep for a good fifteen minutes before giving up. Closing the door, she sighed and looked it over before gently patting the side of the jeep, "I guess I'll just let Zaku know where you are.." she chuckled a little before walking to the edge of the town and glancing back. Letting out a soft sigh, she pocketed the flowers before closing her eyes and focusing on the same feeling she had felt when she had changed from a humanoid shape to a wolf before, the sensation a strange one. As she opened her eyes, she looked at herself, finding her form not on four legs, but six, making up for her two new arms as well.
Seeming to grin, she headed towards the base that she had been calling home.

Some of the schoolagers were starting to gather, watching Moira in her massive form trying to get into such a now tiny little jeep. They were snickering among themselves before the distance bell rang and those teens that were left scurried for the school quickly.
As Moira transformed into a wolf and took off for the base, there was a familiar laugh that she could hear even if she was travelling fairly fast, Drisall growing ever smaller in the distance. It was a moment before Moira could feel a weight on the back of her neck, but only slightly, something light sitting ontop of her as she ran. "Don't be sad, Urelingwen..." a voice spoke out kindly with a slight chuckle. "I want to see these wonders you spoke of... and someone has to make sure the owner of the stones is proctected, right?" Kailani grinned as she gripped onto Moira's fur even if there was no physical tug at all. "We can protect them together." she offered and visibly hugged Moira, even if there was no pressure from her form, she could feel the warmth of Kailani's embrace. "Let's go home, Moira. Together."
