Don't know if this applies and I'm not really a fishing expert, but I went a few weeks ago, (for my second time) and used actual live bait and caught a fish within a few minutes - my first fish c':. Bait can be a little expensive sometime, so going to a little fish store/seafood store and buying small fish is much cheaper. So yeah, key is live bait and patience. I heard not to fish in sunny spots because fish like to hide in darker places. emotion_c8
