so do you have any idea what you get if you dial 0?

i know with comcast cable for a while if you dialed 00 you would be directed to a comcast rep but beyond that 0 got nothing for comcast
my cousins whose deceased his phone wont do nothing if you dial 0. heck it was made to be active thru 2019 so yeah i took it even though 801 is not my local area code
for a few months i had a home phone that plugged into a wall but that too seemed like a dud for 0

does the operator even exist for your phone?
