These ruins tell the true story of Kaminae and her kin, of the corruption of the Mer and the creation of the Sirens from their taint. These stories used to be passed down between the Mer, but since Kaminae's development as a tyrannical queen, she has barred passage of the temples and as a result they have grown into ruins of obscured knowledge.
Since her death, they have been re-opened, but few tread here for fear of the numerous beasts that have been rumored to lurk near and within the ruins.
