I was wondering if by chance anybody in here has used a product called Fiberglass Resin Liquid Hardener on props or what-not...I was thinking about coating a keyblade in it o_o but I'm not quite sure what that stuff's all about..XDD
thanks.

Hmmm do some research on Google. Maybe you'll find something.

Fiberglass is incredibly difficult to work with. Not only that, but it's messy, costly, and potentially dangerous.
That link that Blood Driven Kitten put up is great if you want to make it out of foam & plastic, but that's more useful for actual armor with curves as opposed to something long like a keyblade.
In my opinion, the best way to make a Keyblade is really just out of wood. I've seen tons of great replicas done with regular wood and creative sanding/painting.
If you really don't want to go that route, then you may want to try your hand at vaccuum forming. It's alot easier than Fiberglass casting, and can be done right in your home. Here's a tutorial: http://www.studiocreations.com/howto/index.html
