☠ Pestering •••••••••••••••••• P e r s o n a l Personality: Impatient. Slightly Arrogant. Regular. Proper-ish? Playful. Harmless? History: A prince of the Caribbean Sea. Unknown to many of the other oceanic kingdoms, but known for his own. He recently moved near Triton High School, and attends, in search of his mysterious fiance who had gone to the human world. Sadly as some mermaids change their physical appearances in their human form, the prince was given no leads to what she might look like by the council, and is tasked to find their future Queen himself. Weaknesses: Bets and dares. Cannot swim in human form and attempts to avoid it altogether. Will not reveal being a merman or being a prince of the Caribbean Sea, doesn't want to be taken in by the human government, or endanger his kingdom. Strengths: Confidence. Like the mermaids/merman/sea creatures in his kingdom, can freely turn into human or back into their oceanic form as chosen. However they cannot stay in human form for long if they are drenched long enough in water; however cup spills have no effect. Theme Song: No Title. APPROVED BY:HelixMA SON

HelixMASON What do you mean, tomato? Well he is intended to be harmless but he could not be. I mean it depends what you think is harmless in a person. I thought the other words were straight on though. Slightly arrogant in personality. Sure sounds about right. Impatient? Yeah that's about right. Playful? Yup he's pretty playful. Regular? Well yeah a regular person I would say. Proper-ish? I thought it depended on the circumstances but I would say he's pretty proper; kind of.

HelixMASON Okay, Tomato, where do you think Roan should start & where should he live? i was going to have him stay at a nice apartment but currently has to stay at the pearl hotel for a few days or a day or two.
