For a skirt... In your opinion?
I saw one the other day... You could legit see her butt cheeks while she was standing there.
In a public place... With children! gonk
It was messed up.
Plus she was dressed in an anime school girl outfit dos some reason... Made it worse lol.
And no... There was no con around for miles.

I think that the length of the skirt should be whatever the wearer likes. If it makes them feel go, they should go for it

If you feel comfortable in the small piece of frabric more power to you. I think everyone should wear whatever they want. I dressed up as a pirate for Halloween last year my skirt was short, but I wore thick leggings underneath.

i am all for being comfortable in what you wear but i do feel there are appropriate places to wear things.. so no i do not agree your a** hanging out of your skirt is appropriate
but i think this is all based on opinion .. some people believe my bust line is too much sometimes but i say as long as everything is covered and in place then i am not doing any harm
