The old residential area is generally considered one of the safer places in Old Marvel. However, this does not mean that it is safe. All buildings should be considered hazardous and unstable. Trainers should also be on constant alert for looters, as well scavenger Pokémon and vengeful ghost types. It goes without saying that anyone trying to explore the area should be careful. Because of the sheer amount of people that used to stay here, trainers might be able to find some nice items.
