Most of the citizens of Lewis Town tend to avoid going outside unless they really need something, so the streets are usually pretty bare. This makes getting around the town remarkably easy, though there are some people that find it pretty lonely as well. If you can get used to the absence of others however, walking through the town while listening to the pitter patter of the rain can actually be quite soothing. If you're ever in need of cash, make sure to check out the Job Request Board in the town center. The people are always grateful for the extra help.

Local jobs can be repeated, but special requests can only ever be taken on once per trainer. If you wish to create a job request of your own, be sure to do so over at the Pokémon Jobs and Requests subforum. Have fun!

Location: Hagakure Ramen Shop

Description: The local restaurant/shop needs some help. They've posted a listing on the job board. It's not a lot of money, but it talks.

Reward: 500-1000 Pokedollars

Special Remarks: 1 or 2 good sized posts. Each post nets trainers 500 pokedollars, maxing out at 1000. This can be anything from acting as a server, washing dishes, to helping out in the kitchen. (Trainers should be allowed to do this once per week per city.)

Location: The Pokemon Center

Description: The local Pokemon Center is short staffed due to one of the nurses falling ill. So what do they need trainers for? Help with the sick Pokemon, comfort for worried trainers? Not a chance. They need help with the janitorial duties. Get yourself a brush and start scrubbing.

Reward: 500 or 1000 Pokedollars

Special Remarks: 1 or 2 good sized posts. Each post nets trainers 500 pokedollars, maxing out at 1000. This can be anything from acting as a server, washing dishes, helping out in the kitchen to stocking shelves, running a cash register, etc.(This will always be at the local Pokemon center. Trainers are allowed to do this once per week per city.)

Description: The local Pokemart needs some extra help. They're offering to pay for some good, old fashioned elbow grease. It's money, so just do it.

Description: Maseo, the head chef and owner of Hagakure, would like a trainer to help him. In his pursuit of the ultimate ramen bowl, he has requested a special shipment of Shoal Salt from Port Dam, but the deliveryman hasn't arrived. Please go investigate the cause for the delay and bring him back his salt.

Opponents: Lickitung x2

Reward: 2,000 Pokédollars, 1 EXP and 3 Affection for each participating Pokémon, and a free Hagakure Bowl

Special Remarks: Cannot be done out of order. The deliveryman can be found on Route 14 being hassled by a pair of Lickitung. Catch or drive them off so you can bring Maseo back his salt.

Description: Maseo would like to make a special request for any willing trainer. In order to perfect his soup stock, the chef requires even the water to be of top quality. To that end, he requests that you bring him a Panpour to join to his culinary team. Your reward will be worth it.

Reward: 3,000 Pokédollars, 1 EXP and 3 Affection for each participating Pokémon, and a free Big Bomb Bowl

Special Remarks: Cannot be done out of order. Panpour can be found on Route 14. Maseo will provide you with the Poké Ball.

Description: Maseo's vision of the ultimate ramen is close at hand. To complete his latest masterpiece, the chef will need to take his bond with his trusted Chansey to the next level. With the ultimate bowl on the line, he is challenging you to battle!

Opponents:

Head Chef Maseo: Chansey

Reward: 4,000 Pokédollars, 3 EXP and 5 Affection for the participating Pokémon, and one Master Bowl

Special Remarks: Cannot be done out of order. The goal for the battle is bring out Maseo's bond with his Chansey so that it can evolve into a Blissey. How you do this is up to you. The Master Bowl he will reward you with is worth a whopping hundred affection points.

Description: A parent has posted a job, offering to pay a trainer to help their child catch his first Pokémon. The pay isn't great, but think of the kid.

Reward: 500 Pokedollars, 1 EXP and 3 Affection for each participating Pokémon, Lava Cookie x1, Bottle Cap x3

Special Remarks: Take a kid to a route, help them catch a Pokémon and then bring them back safe and sound. Give 'em a battle if you want.

Description: There's a pretty bad bug going around due to the constant rain. The local Pokémon Center is willing to pay trainers who are willing to go catch them a few Paras so they can use their mushrooms to make some medicine. They will also provide the Poké Balls.

Reward: 500 - 3,000 Pokédollars, 1 EXP and 3 Affection for each participating Pokémon, Tiny Mushroom x2

Special Remarks: You will earn 500 Pokédollars for each Paras you bring back, with the reward capping out at 3,000.
