Here is the residential sector of the city, and it is easily the largest among the three sectors. The area is populated with countless huts and building that are found near by the waterways. People can always be seen going from one place to another via usage of small boats; the trolley system does not reach the inner limits of the sector due to its vast size. For trainers in need of cash, there is also a bulletin board here with requests from the locals.
