Maaaaybe I should change my age in the sig. I certainly don't act 29. I feel like I come off as 19-ish. I think maybe that would get more people talking to me.

I think you shouldnt lie about your age. that might get you in some trouble with picky people.
instead, id just remove it from there all together.
its in your profile so anyone who really wants to know can just look there right?
i find i enjoy it more when i dont focus on the age of people i talk too... for the most part.

i agree here i wouldn't lie about anything .. it is pointless because when you do admit how old you are well then it would just blow up in your face
