Yahui realizes that the city is far bigger than she can possibly listen to all at once. This is why she has taken to the small children of the Fire Tribe to fulfill the purpose of being her eyes and ears elsewhere! They're small, quick, generally they go unnoticed by most adults, and they're innocent enough that no one suspects them to be the true culprit. Yahui plays it smart, though. She takes time each day to play with the children. She gives them treats and sometimes toys. All she asks is that they're completely honest with her. If they hear anything that might go against Shen's direction for the Fire Tribe, she rewards them with more treats or toys and sends them on their way.
Rules: - All of 'Yahui's Little Paroos' must sign up here to be acknowledged. As Yahui will likely have a daily routine, there may come a time when she is currently indisposed and might need other adults to help listen to those little ears of hers. Or perhaps you're just a good citizen of the Fire Kingdom and wish to uphold your place of honor within the system by also lending your own eyes and ears to the cause? She'll be looking for devout followers of Shen who are quiet and tend to keep to themselves when in public. The only rules are: These will be Semi-Customs based on the inspiration of the images/references you provide. These HAVE to be Fire B'alam. These do NOT have to apply for Yahui's flock, but I will be looking for more eyes and ears to add to it. Being a guest artist, I am only permitted to do Adults. So no cubs will be made from this. Breeding season is open for the Fire Tribe, however! ;3

My sage we sort of talked about this and decided to go with it this way. Since it might be easier for Yahui to come across her and possibly be the one to find her powers and bring it to Shen's attention. Tanith would probably trust Yahui, until she realized she was being used (which won't happen until long after she's an adult)
