• A rather large complex within the city of Valkir, housing fifty well managed apartments. Twenty of them are single bedroom apartments, another twenty are two bedroom apartments, and ten are three room bedrooms. Each apartment comes with the standard utilities: a bathroom with a single toilet and shower, a kitchen with a fridge and stove with a fair amount of shelving space, and a living room. Besides the fridge and stove all other necessities/home accessories must be bought and owned by the renter. The building has a laundry room in the basement as well as a basketball court in the backyard for the children to play in. The building itself is well maintained and houses boarding for citizens, Valkir guard, and mercenaries a like. Basically anyone who pays and doesn't cause trouble.
