xxx▪ Specialty 1 ⊰ ▪ Heart of a Samurai - Swordsmanship. Luca is practiced in the way of the sword, though his method is mostly self taught and fairly unpredictable. Unlike a lot of traditional swordsmanship techniques Luca's style is defined as wild and erratic because he utilizes speed over strength. A lot of his influences were taken from old movies, especially old Japanese inspired movies and shows. When he was young he dreamed of being a Samurai hero and that is how he started on his training in use of a blade. As of current Luca is most practiced in the art of using two swords, utilizing an odd method of combat that was inspired by his new found power. This makes him an even more unpredictable fighter who can leave his opponents dumbstruck. xxx▪ Specialty 2 ⊰ ▪ Sense of Direction - GPS. Luca is gifted with a good sense of direction, as such he vary rarely, if ever, gets lost. He's equally good at reading maps and using compasses and all other methods of determining location and direction. This is not only due to his natural born ability to direct himself but developed further by the fact that he frequently studies maps and has taken lessons on how to safely travel the wilds, especially since he's always trying to escape his sisters clutches. Add that up with his own experiences by traveling out into the world and you have an expert travel guide. Though he could easily find his way through a maze he does lack the ability to sense direction when it comes to personal matters. When it comes to people he's blind and dumb. He has no sense of direction around people and tends to leave a bad impression, making him awkward in this regard. But at least he can run far away and find his way home after a good cool down.

▪ A bit of a strange individual, Luca possessing an ever changing rainbow of moods. Honestly this man could make a mood ring give up on life. Living like a ticking time bomb Luca spends a majority of the time as a strict and stoic individual. He acts and speaks like someone with good discipline. He's straightforward, always getting on people for the smallest mistakes they make often throwing a barrage of insults and sarcastic remarks. He believes everyone should just succeed and never falter. Which is ironic since he's likely to trip over his own feet while lecturing others. Luca in a simple terms is a hypocrite. He will dot on someone for doing something stupid and possibly not even five minutes later do the exact same thing. He's very oblivious to his own faults and often forgets that people are just people, including himself. This ironic part of himself leads others to get annoyed easily, even going so far as to start fights. Safe to say Luca doesn't make friends easily but he does make enemies well. However in all hind sight Luca doesn't actually mean to be this negative way, he just tends to spout whatever is on his mind. He's far to oblivious to the feelings of others, often dismissing them by instinct which doesn't sit well with his honest and forward speaking manner.
On the flip side however certain triggers can cause Luca to rapidly alter his mood. He goes from being the annoying strict a** he is to a very long a ray of other annoying traits. His most common mood swings go from getting irrationally angry, typically picking fights that make no sense to turning into a whimpering school girl who just got rejected. He can get pretty depressed and upset to the point he starts bawling his eyes out. This series of traits may be a defensive trigger developed from his sisters constant bullying. Being with Luca is certainly a roller coaster ride. But that's not to say he doesn't have his good moods. Luca can also be charming and cunning, especially if there is something he really really wants. He's been known to play people as well as get played himself. He's smart but more often then not gets caught in other peoples webs of deceit and trickery, especially Mira's. He may think he has the upper hand but in reality his naive nature gets the better of him. In good company Luca can usually be sincere and kind. He shows concern, but again his kindness can strike like a double edged sword. He may be nice but his natural demeanor can uproot leading him o follow up all flattery with a light insult. Nothing is ever good enough. Luca tries to be social he just has a hard time about it. People often claim that Luca has a personality disorder of some sort, but he's never actually been tested for one.

▪ - Luca was born May Thirtieth [ 05/30 ] along side his twin sister Mira. He was the second born to parents Liam and Ashley Valentine. Both his parents were young in their ages when both Luca and Mira were born as such they were born in a time of chaos and uncertainty, neither ever witnessing the world before the end. Both Liam and Ashley were members of the Valkir Guard, Liam a member of the Royal Guard stationed within the city itself as he guarded the royal monarchy where as his mother Ashley was a member of the Knights Division. She spent any nights out in the wilderness protecting the city from any invaders. Due to his parents jobs both Luca and Mira were primarily raised by their grandparents, Philip and Lynn Valentine.
- Luca grew very close to his grandfathered who loved to share stories about the world before the end. He would tell tales of large cities bustling with people near endlessly and how life had been easy. Both would also settle themselves with old movies that had been scavenged. Luca took interest in movies that had depicted samurais. He was very infatuated with how they fought and how cool they looked. Soon enough Luca was collecting old Japanese movies that told the stories of great samurai heroes. He even wished to become one though his motive not as pure as many of the characters in his favourite movies. No he wanted to learn the way of the sword in order to beat his sister Mira who spent a lot of time torturing him. When Luca wasn't with his grandfather he spent a majority of his time on the run and hiding from Mira who enjoyed bullying him endlessly. At some point is had become near maddening for Luca.
- As Luca was constantly being bullied by Mira he would escape her by running as fast and as far as he could. A lot of times he would end up in places he didn't recognize. However it always seemed as if Luca could find his way home without really trying. He had an amazing sense of direction. This soon developed further when Luca began studying maps, compasses, and other means of travel survival tricks. He ended up becoming a walking GPS in no time. During this time he also started to take even greater interest in becoming a swordsman. He wanted to learn how to fight more then ever. So Luca reached out to both his parents who ended up refusing to train him. Both stated he was to young. Frustrated Luca looked to other members of the Valkir Guard in order to gain guidance, however due to his parents requests he was denied every time. In the end Luca would not quit his dream and started training on his own. He would mirror the actions used in the movies he watched. He would also sneak around the training area where Mercenaries liked to further develop their skills taking tidbits of information and adapting it to his own training. The start up for Luca was slow as he was not very strong and was actually rather clumsy, however in eventual time he would start to master his own version of swordsmanship.
- Luca's younger years were average in comparison to the world he lived in. This continued on into his teenage years as well. Most of it was spent fairly uneventful, besides the constant harassment of Mira. In the end no matter how much stronger Luca got he was still no match for his sister. She would tear him apart every time she could driving him insane. But it was still great motive to get stronger. At the age of sixteen Luca would suffer the tragic lose of his mother Ashley Valentine who's unit was attacked by Shaitans. Many of her comrades had suffered the loss of their lives or injuries. It was a grim time for Luca as he had never felt the pain of loss before. In his shock he acted recklessly going so far as to sneak out of Valkir City and go after some Shaintans to get revenge. His plan however was half baked, he did manage to find some Shaitans but he also had no experience in a real fight. Scared Luca would run away, the Shaitans behind him giving chase. In all his life Luca had only heard stories of these monsters and now that he was faced with them he had no clue what to do. Scared and hiding Luca wished for some kind of light, something that might help him. It was a moment of ask and you shall receive as a mysterious chest would just suddenly appear before him. Pandora's Box, something else he had only heard about in gossip. Without hesitation Luca would open the box... Nothing. It was empty. Shocked Luca retreated back to his hiding place staying until the Shaitans got bored and left. Hours later the Shaitans would leave and Luca would be free to wonder back home. Only actually getting home proved to be harder then imagined. Everytime Luca got up to leave he would be pulled back to the place he was. After further examination he discovered a golden circle upon the ground, that same gold circle was etched into the palm of his hand. He had been gifted a power... Now he only needed to learn how to use it.
- Years would pass and at the age of eighteen Luca would end up joining the Valkir Guard. There they would train him further on not only how to fight Shaitans but also how to use his gift. Though his joining the Valkir Guard was also the product of him needing a job. The instance in which it happened still being a blur Luca ended up adopting a young boy his sister had brought home named Elpis. Since Mira wasn't exactly the most trusting of people the adoption went in Luca's name, though to this day he doesn't have regret in doing it, though he does regret not being able to protect young Elpis from Mira who has taken an extreme liking to the child dragging him along with her everywhere. As Luca's family had expended he could no longer live at home. In the end Elpis, Mira, and Luca ended up renting an apartment where they would live from now on. It was a small crappy apartment but it was still home. From this time an on life would fall back into being normal. Luca trained and worked along side the Valkir Guard where he became a member of the Knights Division. The same Division his mother had been a part of.

xxx▪ Supernatural Ability ⊰ Call of the Bound - This supernatural ability grants the user the power to call fourth or call to any object that is marked. In short the user can forge a bound with any object of their choosing whether it be a weapon or even a wall. The user can only make pacts with non living objects as such living creatures like animals or people are off limits. As mentioned Call of the Bound grants the user a pull ability that works in two ways, the first is that any object bound to the user will always return to the users hand. So if the user throws their sword at an opponent it can return instantly back to the user making it so it doesn't have to be retrieved. The second effect is very similar but has the opposite goal. Rather then calling the weapon back the user can be pulled towards the weapons location instead. So basically is the user tosses their blade they can use this power to rapidly relocate to the blade. The desired effect is dependent of the users will. xxx▪ Supernatural Ability Appearance ⊰ This power doesn't have a real noticeable appearance unless you look carefully. Upon both of the users palms are etched golden circles, which look like ordinary markings. However this same golden circle can be located on any object the user has made contact with and burned this marking on. xxx▪ Supernatural Ability Weaknesses/Limitations ⊰ Has the potential to be interrupted. An enemy can get between the user and the object. Is limited by range, the call only working at a distance of thirty [ 30 ] yards. Beyond that this power will not work. Only four objects can be marked at a time and it requires two [ 2 ] full posts to make the pact. The pact can be made null should the marking be damaged. After this power has been used it can only be done again after a one [ 1 ] post cooldown, as such it can only be used every second post.

The blade is made from an extremely sharp material, something sharper then most steels, however because this material is so sharp it causes it to have a weakened structure, meaning it's defensive ability is limited. The blade can be easily broken by regular weapons, especially if the user defends wrong. This blade, due to it's unique construct is able to vanish. When the light hits the blade it can give the illusion of the katana's blade disappearing. The hilt and guard do not vanish, only the blade. Thus even if one can not see it coming they can still counter it. The blade itself is made from a very dense material in term colouring it black. The main frame of the sword is a black carbon steel, crafted to be strong however made extremely dull, having a very weak cutting edge. So in short this blade has no offensive ability while maintaining an impressive defensive attribute, able to withstand harsh blows not common for blades. Like it's sister blade this katana has the unique ability to vanish. A trick of the light, or rather lack of. When in shadows or dark areas the blade will vanish from view, only the hilt remaining seen. This is due to the blade blending in with the darkness.

The lenses are prescription and will cause dizziness to anyone who tries to wear them who doesn't require the same type of prescription. Though very average the actual frames of the glasses are much sturdier then normal. This is so the frames don't break easily during combat. Besides that there isn't anything special about these glasses.
