• Wry - Yamato has a ridiculously dry sense of humor, probably dryer than the midsummer of Sunagakure. He tends to be really sarcastic and does remarks in which he hoped it cause a burn (It should be noted that he didn't always succeed in doing so). Unfortunately, him being sarcastic even in the wrong made him frowned upon by some, even coming off as arrogant who those who he just met like five minutes ago.
• Non-Violent - If a person says he's non-violent, it means that he wasn't the type to punch anyone in the face nor have any desire to start an unnecessary fistfight. In fact, he was quite a gentle one (to one point some boys just could not help but squint at him) and he pretty much preferred to stop fights as possible. He did have the right to be angry at someone, and when he do he just tends to be passive-aggressive...
• Altruistic - Sure, people who don't know him would say he was dryly arrogant, but his ego isn't inflated. Growing up with his snotty mother alone, he swore not to be like her ever so he helps people without thinking anything in return. Just ask him what you need that is beyond his capabilities, he would do it in a heartbeat especially when you deserved it. However, if you treated him wrong, there's no doubt that he wouldn't assist you unless you did a full apology.
• Headstrong - His softie gentle demeanor wraps his strong head, and he refused to be a pushover. If he's focused in something, his head won't be moved until it's done. He doesn't want to want someone boss over him especially when that said person hasn't proved anything to be in authority, somehow it made him have rebellious thoughts and tendencies... Too bad people didn't notice that much.
• Outspoken - He is an honest man, but thankfully not in a really rude way. He says what he needs to say at someone without making him sound like an arsehat, and tries his best to not sugarcoat things.
