Dusky vs. Dusty
So you thought that Dusky Rose was the same thing as Dusty Rose? Well..there's a slight difference, but both are still gorgeous!
Dusky
- It is a muted pink, but less muted than dusty.
- This scheme is more recent than dusty.
- It is representative of pinks found at dusk, the early evening. (sunset pink)
Dusty
- Also a muted pink, more muted than dusky.
- This scheme has been around longer than dusky.
- It is a more faded, mauve, color noting a dusty tint.
