I think it's because photobucket isn't working for me for some reason-- is there anything else to host photos at that you know of? I custom made the pic-- so it's not anywhere on the internet that I know of or I'd just do that...

I'm glad you got the picture to work! I've been using photobucket as well, and has been working for me until recently, and I couldn't even look at the pictures in my library. So, I started using PostImage. It's a lot simplier and is only used for storing and hosting images. But, it's so much quicker, and I love it. Maybe you will too?
