Upon entering this chilly part of the cave, one would find an Elykosi sleeping peacefully on a bed of dry, sweet smelling, grasses. Upon your entrance, however, he jerks awake; surprised to see another face in his den. Despite the intrusion, he smiles and welcomes you in. Soon, you two strike up a conversation. A dry chill permeates the room, and as you talk you notice odd bits of this and that lay scattered about. Including a familiar large leave with familiar writing. Finally, after chatting with the occupant for a while, you decide to move on to the next temporary den. The Icy colored, yet warm hearted Elykosi wishes you well before returning to his nap. Before you leave, however, you can't help but pick up the large leaf with the writing and attempt to read it. What was written on it seemed to be some kind of biography, and a surprisingly detailed picture of the Elykosi that slept mere feet away. Curious...

A Warm Heart - Pyry, despite his ice magic and snow scene themed coat, is a very warm hearted, friendly Elykosi. It goes hand in hand with his favorite quote, which is oft used at one's surprise over his personality in comparison to his abilities and appearance. He loves to share food with others, and has no qualms against cuddling with some random Elykosi; especially if it's cold out and the other pup looks cold. In snow he will often travel around looking for some poor hungry creature to help.
Friendly, but not gullible, usually... - Pyry, while friendly, isn't usually friendly to a fault. He loves cuddling, loves sharing food and helping others, but he's no fool either. He doesn't blindly trust others and has no love for rude or mean creatures. He still might help them if they really need it, but he's not at all fond of bullies and will often stand up to them. However... Even he can be tricked.
Bravely Adventurous! - Pyry has a natural curiosity and bravery to him. One must be brave if they'd just waltz right out into a raging blizzard as if it were nothing. Always in the mood for a good adventure, his curiosity often gets the better of his wisdom and sends him into perilous situations. It's not that he's rash he just lets his determination and curiosity outway his logic sometimes.
The Flip Side - It's said most things have two sides; coins, weather, elements, etc. Ice, especially, can have two sides. As beautiful and serene as ice can be, it can be fierce and deadly, too; and Pyry is no different. Typically, he's very friendly, warm, and happy. But, if the people he cares about are put in danger his fiercer side comes out. And yet, despite this, he typically remains eerily calm, even when striking.
Other Tidbits
Fluffeh! - Pyry, especially in winter, is a little fluffier then your typical Elykosi. This helps keep him warm in the arctic weather he so commonly frequents. This, however, also gives him a disadvantage. Even in the height of summer, he still has more fluff then the average Elykosi; and so, he can easily get overheated on really hot days...
The Cold Never Bothered Him Anyway - Even without the extra fluff, Pyry has a natural love of cold. He also knows how to survive in cold better then most. Knowing all the right places to get out of the cold, all the best spots to find food, etc. This helped earn him a good reputation among other Elykosi as he could walk straight out into a raging blizzard and return back completely unscathed with food in tow.
Sharp Nose - Pyry has a very sharp, strong nose. One has to when one traverses white out conditions. Vision is cut off from the snow, and the wind rages in the ears, the only things left are touch, taste, and smell. With the air being so cold and crisp it's only natural his sense of smell would be his guide through the raging weather.
BioPyry gained his first trickles of consciousness in the midst of a raging Blizzard! His first experiences were cold, sharp wind, and surprisingly, warmth. Desperate to get out of the raging wind, the tiny pup that was Pyry worked his way to a snow covered bush. Alone, but warm and safe, Pyry waited out the blizzard. The next day, he ventured out into the snow blown area and found himself in awe!
His puphood wasn't your typical puphood. He spent a good portion of his young life living alone. It was rough going, but made him more world wise and taught him how to survive. His adolescence was a much more pleasant affair, however. adopted by a friendly pack of Elykosi, Pyry traveled with them for the majority of his adolescence. Luckily for this curious pup, the pack that took him in had a deep fondness for stories and knowledge and readily shared their knowing with the knowledge hungry pup.
Now, as a adult, Pyry seeks adventure, people to help, and friendship.
