 Serene pulled out a shopping cart and her list glancing at the aisles and trying to determine what to buy first.

Evelyn shyly followed behind Serene as she shopped. She was not used to being out around people as much as she had been the past few days, and it was another thing entirely to be around Serene's charisma. Evelyn often spent her time in public trying to blend into the background, and Serene had the complete opposite effect. She watched as Serene looked back and forth from the shelves to her grocery list before pointing out one an item. "If we get the proper rice, I know how to make sushi." She said quietly, giving Serene a small smile.

Serene looked up from her list, "Really!" Serene stared at her wide eyes, "Yay! I can use it to bribe my brother to set up the projector for us!" She quickly scanned the shelves finding the right rice and quickly dumping it into the shopping cart. "Oh! If you have another suggestions let me know! I tend to make only food I'd enjoy, and sometimes I forget about cooking for others." Serene pointed into her shopping cart, "See, I have stuff for spaghetti and meatballs, corn on the cob, chicken wings, baked beans, and chips...All are my favorite foods..." Serene starred blankly at it all and then glanced at her list. "Oh! that's right cheeseburgers.!" She ran off to get the meat and cheese necessary for hamburgers.

Evelyn smiled as Serene continued to ramble on, not quite able to keep up with the girls excitement. She thought over which recipes she could make before letting Serene know what to pick up. "I can cook alfredo and I make some pretty good brownies." She informed her, looking at the food Serene had already packed in the cart. "Are we planning to invite an army?" She asked Serene, comfortable enough with the girl to make her first joke with her. She giggled as Serene set off to find the cheeseburgers, trailing not far behind her.
"Do we plan on having other activities or are we just setting up the projector?" She was curious on what sort of party was ahead of her, exactly, since she had never been to one before.

KatjaJean You really like alfredo razz . "Brownies! Those will make a great dessert." Serene put in some more food items. "If you want to make something just put it in here." She gestured at the shopping cart. "Well, you never know who might crash our gathering, and it's not like we can't have left overs." She giggled at Evelyn comment about her feeding an army. "One of my friends could eat a hippopotamus so I need a lot of food for her." She checked off the last thing on her list then turned to Evelyn. "We can play others game...my friend can bring a soccer ball.If fires were allowed at school, we could have a campfire."

 janitor come to supermarket and pick up cabbage. "why you throw cabbage," he say, "you don't waste food your parent make money to buy food not for you waste." he throw cabbage back to kid. "you pay for bad cabbage or else you no come back!" he say angrily. then he go back to cleaning place because his shift time.

Evelyn suddenly had an image of fridges full of leftovers from the gathering to come and found herself giggling into her hand. Still looking around the aisles she hesitantly grabbed ingredients for cheesecake. It had been a while since she had made the recipe, but she figured it was a good time to try it.
She looked up at the mention of soccer balls, blushing bright red at the idea. "I'm...athletically challenged." She admitted, avoiding eye contact. She had never been very into sports, and she had always been the last one picked in gym class. The last thing she needed was to accidentally kick a soccer ball into someones face, or fall on her own face while trying to run.

KatjaJean crying I wantz cheesecake! and potatoes are delicious so versatile! Serene smiled at Evelyn, "That was only one idea. We can play cards like knock rummy, chicken foot with dominos...Also hide and seek, but I haven't played that since I was a child. My brothers always win at that." She pouted a little in memory of constantly losing at that game.

Evelyn frowned at Serene's upset expression, not happy that one of the few people she was comfortable with was sad. "Let's play hide and seek! I won't let you lose, I promise." She grinned in Serene's direction. "What I lack in athletics, I make up for in smarts. I'll find you the best hide and seek spot ever." She racked her brain, trying to think of other ideas for games that they could play. "The only game my family ever played was bingo." She said sadly.

RedWix I can make cheesecake too! I actually forgot that I like cheesecake XD I never get to have it~ Potato wedges are my life D: When I learned how to make them I made them everyday for two weeks straight

KatjaJean Potatoe wedeges are the best, but garlic mashed...mmmmm heart I made chocolate pudding sad but it's still not cheesecake. Serene smiled and went to the check out line to pay for everything. "Good, no matter where I hide my brothers always end up finding me, and I can never find them." She handed the cashier a credit card her parents had given her, "We can play bingo that's fun too!"

Evelyn followed Serene to the check out line and watched her pay for the items. "I can pay for some too, if you want." She offered awkwardly, not wanting to make Serene pay for everything. "Also, bingo is lame." She added, grimacing at the idea of a whole bunch of teenagers willingly playing bingo.

KatjaJean What I really want are some cream puffs "Hehehe it's alright, my parents don't mind, but if you want too. You can pay for the cheesecake and brownie ingredients." Serene suggested, "I mean hide 'n' seek is lame for teenagers to play, but we don't have to play bingo." Serene split the bags between them to carry back to the school. Luckily, it was only about a five minute walk from the store.

Evelyn nodded and purchased the cheesecake and brownie ingredients. At Serene's comment about Hide and Seek being lame as well, she shook her head. "Nothing is as lame as bingo." She said seriously. She then proceeded to walk with Serene back to the dorm.
