Bio Sinrai was swapped at birth. When he was 8 years old his father beat and kicked him out. He was picked up by a 10 year old kid who took him home. When he was 10 his friend, [i'll pick a name later] (that he now lived with) killed a kid for picking on Sinrai and his dress wearing. [] kept doing so until sinrai was 13 and he joined in, and started eating the people he killed.
When Sinrai was 14 he was kidnapped and beaten/stabbed to death. This is when he found his true form, and he killed the man who hurt him and ran off to home - his first kill without eating the body afterwards.

Species Background the [whatever I name them] breed of creature that evolved with the Ghouls. The ghouls and the [name] formed a form of symbiosis. The [name] are known for extremely quick regeneration. As long as the head is not totally devastated, they can regenerate, or in the case of decapitation, rejoin their body. Just a bite of a Ghoul every week or so can keep them full and healthy. They, like ghouls, have a Kagune. However, unlike the ghouls they can not become a kakuja by eating other [name]. This process only takes place if they are starved. They will go into a frenzy (killing eating repeating) with the kakuja. After the 24 hour frenzy, they will return to normal.
Their appetite is different as well. While ghouls can only have flesh and blood, [name] can have anything from a human and have it sustain them. Blood, flesh, tears, saliva, ect. It can also be absorbed through the skin if the dosage is too low to swallow, such as holding hands with an extremely nervous person. They can have human food, and taste it, only if there is at least a drop of blood sweat tears, ect, in each bite Cooked is fine. They're known for treating human flesh like cattle, grilling, frying and doing fancy things with the meat.
Often times, this symbiosis evolves into more, where [name] partners a ghoul and become their dedicated food supply. However, it would seem that this mutated ghoul would not be able to pass on its genes with a normal ghoul. If a ghoul and a [name] have children, they will be normal ghouls, having no sign of ever being a [name], and there is no exceptions. If a [name] and a human have children, the offspring will be human, but with the filling properties, and slower regen, of the [name]. Only two, full blood [name] can bare another [name]. Because of this, their numbers have dwindled into nothing, were there are only 4 left, all male.
Their kagune are very different as well. They are very adaptive with their kagune. While they have a set zone where they can spawn their kagune, the kagune can take many shapes, and most all are Chimeras. The kagune are normally purple-ish, however a [name] that has been through frenzy multiple times with out eating a drop during it, acquire transparent a kakuja, as all color has been lost in them. This kakuja is fully controllable when it comes out, but it will trigger a berserker rage if they are new to it, 10+ years with it they can control it quite well and often times favor it over their natural kagune.
