N1T30WL XIII SSC intense-misfit What do you think would make this guild better? you have to reward activity somehow. some ideas below ok here's the thing i see users in here whom have more posts than some crew members and yet no promotions for all that activity well thats fine but if your not going to give a free item or do something for them. otherwise activity dies out because your homies dont feel appreciated homies , friends, buddies whatever you want to call them ok in mexico its homies its one reason my guilds stay active too, if you have someone who is active then reward them, if they start slacking then warn or demote them or make them give you something to hold until they get active again but that can be really problematic unless its done right so to make this guild better? reward or promote users.Love it . Im going to work on something . now one of the users on here whos in the crew is my boyfriend ;P He isnt very active . I just need him to be in the crew if anything happens to me or whatever

you need more guild mods
an example here on another guild!

it has fewer members and many more guild mods and as this guild grows and fewer guild mods more potential problems start to arise just because of the larger number of users / people
its time to promote some users to crew or even vice status and im sure that you remember my video too you a few months back showing im the owner of multiple guilds
ok i may still not be the best choice and thats fine but ITS TIME to get more guild mods in here
this guild has all but doubled since i got here and the same number of guild mods since ive been here. so i think this issue needs a revisit in here
you do not need to join my guild im just listing it to show what i feel needs to be done in here

I am daft, and didn't fully read through the forums before commenting. I could blame it on the children stealing my attention or the screams of the 5 week old kitten, but either way this post of mine is silly. I'll leave it here just to share my stupidity. So if you wish feel free and continue to read, lol.
If you're interested in setting up contests for random items I have things I could donate. Say like a bump thread with a random dice roll, or a poem/drawing contest. Set up an absurd deadline and get as many entries as possible. Maybe have 3-5 entries per person? Make it interesting with 1st 2nd and 3rd, and create a chat section for the posts so the entries don't get lost in conversation.

Right now we are seeing how much interest in both ideas. If the writers club gets more interest we are going to make it a monthly give away.

The contests really do make people participate so more of those would definitely help. And I agree that promoting people who are active to mods would help a lot so that there would be more people brainstorming for things to do.
