You can request a grading on anything you submit regardless of length, etc.
Rewards are to be given based on a mixture of quality and length.
Rewards are to be TMs and "elemental items" (dust, globes, etc.) as these items add flavour. Money is no longer a strict asset, though you can mention it in a reward description if it suits the mission.
Stating a choice between multiple rewards is fine, ie: "One TM of [Move A], [Move B] or [Move C]" is acceptable.
If you want a mission graded, just post here. Anyone can grade. Go for it, kiddos.
