A simple door stands in front of you, with a plain, wooden sign hanging above it. The sign reads, in an elegant, but simple font, "~The Twisting Path~". You turn the knob and the door slides inwards easily. You find yourself in a small, cozy room with several bookshelves and a warm fire in the hearth, illuminating the whole place with a golden hue. On the wall opposite the fire there is a large corkboard poster, cluttered with sheets of paper pinned to it. In the back right corner is a relatively small table accompanied by two chairs. The table is empty except for a small pile of Tarot decks in one corner. In the center of the room a beautiful rug lies in front of a somewhat large desk with a book sitting on one end and a small sign on the other. A fairly small teen with blue-green eyes and long, curly, brown hair sits smiling behind the desk. The sign on the desk tells you that her name is "littlelioness." "Welcome," she says. "to The Twisting Path. Would you like your fortune read?"

Post two: Choices of DecksThere are various different kinds of decks used for Tarot reading. Below are the decks that you can choose:
Marceilles Tarot - An old style of Tarot cards invented sometime in the 1700s. Many say this is the "true" Tarot deck.

International Icon Tarot - A more recent style of Tarot cards that uses customary Swiss occult symbolism.

Haindl Tarot - This deck combines art from various different places and cultures such as the Native American culture and the Kabbalah to make beautiful cards.

If you wish for me to choose for you, that is ok as well.
Also, if you would like a different deck, just tell me and I'm sure I can scavenge around for that deck (5 gold extra).
Over time I will probably be adding to the list.

Post three: "Form" for Getting Your Fortune Read & Rates
Form:
Ok, so the word "form" is a bit too formal, but I couldn't think of better phrasing without making the phrase overly long. There are just a few things you can/need to tell me if you want your fortune read. The ones with a heart next to them are the only required ones.
Name/Nickname/Username (just choose one please): heart Question: heart Deck (If you want me to choose for you, please tell me):
Rates:
20 gold per reading

Post four: Rules
I know, we all hate rules, but I just need a bit of order in this forum so that I don't get a headache.
arrow Please do not clutter this thread with requests. I will make a special thread for requests. arrow If you want me to do a Tarot reading for you, please first post your "form" in the proper thread (At the Desk) and write "Vive les Chats" at the bottom of your post arrow But please, just because you did that, don't forget the rest. If you want your fortune read, please also send me a trade with the proper amount of gold with "Weesnaw" somewhere in the title. arrow I'll post all the readings in the thread "The Reading." If you'd prefer me to pm you the reading, please say so in your request form. arrow And please, please, PLEASE do not make topics here without my permission. arrow But, most importantly, enjoy!! 4laugh
Thanks for your time!

I use several different kinds of spreads, depending on what's convenient for the question. For example, I am using the "Cross and Triangle" spread for yours. It is a good spread to use for understanding difficult situations. I didn't bother showing the spreads because I knew it would just give me a headache and I'd show my customer the spread they got, anyway. However, if you'd like to choose a specific spread or anything like that, feel free to ask me.
