These generate two tornadoes in front of her, which rapidly merge into a single, larger one as they move towards the enemy. The full effect of this spell was never seen, as Freed, against whom the attack was directed, cut through it with his sword.

Background/Biography: Her parents are the well known gunners of the guild. Her sister and Herself were accepted into the guild as soon as birth. Chiaki doesn't do many jobs and sits around, living off her parents money until she sees a job she's interested in. She was born in that very city and has been raised there.
