Here are the rules and guideline on your way to becoming crew.
1. You have to be really active for one month
2. Along with being active you have to be involved in most subforums or showing your support to the guild.
3. Applying as in giving us a reason on why we should promote you to crew.
4. When applying mention what you could bring to the table and prove that you can do that.
5. No bad mouthing others
6.Attend almost or all events or hangouts or at least try.
7. Has to be able to do all these things even after getting the promotion.
If you slack within the month of getting the position then you will be demoted and won't be able to try again for 2 months depending on the situation.
