Though shy and soft spoke, Kara is a rather cheerful and lighthearted individual and seems to have that attitude even during bad situations. She is very polite and even though she has no abilities, she is shown to be a hard worker and can also tend to be a bit of a flirt with other people, especially men. Kara is sometimes naive though and often speaks what is on her mind without thinking about any draw backs. This leads to her accidentally poking fun of people without her realizing it.
History:
Kara is part of the DWMA's new foreign exchange student program. This is where students that possess no special meister or weapon abilities are able to join the school for a semester and experience what meister and weapon students do. The reason behind this program being created was due to issues with the Machinist and the DWMA wanting to reach out to regular humans and let them see what life in Death City is like to ease tension between the DWMA and DMA as well as humans that show some fear with them.
Kara is originally from a wealthy family in the United Kingdom and ended up leaving her luxurious lifestyle due to her wanting to experience what life is like in Death City. When asked why she wanted to experience this sort of life, Kara said that she had secretly wanted to be a meister or a weapon and though that never happened, she still had a deep interest with the DWMA, kishin, DMA, etc.
Kara now lives in a rather pricey looking condo (thanks to her parents) in Death City and goes about her daily life going to the DWMA and DMA and experiencing everything regular students there experience.
