Often childish, lazy, flippant, arrogant, and spoiled. Beneath that--well. To feel a dragon's heart, one must be allowed that close.
History
She was born the eldest in the Lothbrok Pureblood family, older sister to her twin brother Basil. Not much of her childhood is known, only the fact that she was lavished and spoiled with the unflinching mindset of Draconic supremacy. A spoiled, ruthless girl, she was a prodigy since birth. Her greed and heightened abilities stopped at nothing from paving her way without lifting so much as a finger. It was her will to succeed the family and consummate under a worthy king and rule from him still. They feared she would stop at nothing to take her competition away, for she often did. Perhaps, it was the case of that where her gentle parents went as far as to hide her youngest brother away in fear of that. In fear of her.
A thought that ached her heart still, for she remembered admiring the womb of her mother for their youngest brother, wondering about the things she could teach him. But her parents took that away. Something they should have known not to do. Unlike her twin brother, she thought love was just a soft knife that dulls. Her methods she believed, were far more effective. Fear.
That was the present she would give them before circumstances sequestered the twins apart from the family. And now apart they roam, over the years the spoiled girl had come to leech on her brother Basil for so many things. Yet she never stopped searching for her dear little brother with future dreams to come.

Pure-Breed A Pure-Breed Dragon is an ancient dragon of legend. These members of the Dragon Clan are as people might except legitimate dragons. However all Pure-Breeds have a human form which is the primary form in order to fit in better, as well as to preserve their energy as even for a pure breed, being a giant lizard all the time is taxing. As such those pure breeds can take on this form virtually at will. The character's dragon form must be made in the appropriate thread designated for creating Racial Forms in order to avoid confusion among other members and the crew, however the form will always follow the designated guidelines below.
Dragon Form Rules/Guidelines -Your Dragon Form must be lizard like, or snake like. -You will choose your designated element for your dragon during character creation. -Your Dragon Form may not be larger than 50 Feet in any dimension. -Dragon Form will grant +25 Defense, and +25 Resistance per Rank. -Dragon Form will grant +15 Basic Attack Damage and +50 Health per Rank. -Dragon Form will use 3 Stamina and 3 Willpower per post in use. -Dragon Form will grant the ability to use 1 Element as a Breath Weapon in a Stream like, and Ball Like Fashion. -The Stream like breath weapon's range will be 75 feet, and be 15 feet in width and height at it's farthest point. -The Ball like breath weapon's range will go 150 feet before dissipating, and the ball will be 15 feet in spherical diameter. -In addition to the damage based on cost, breath attacks can deal +10 damage per rank.
Class Ability
Technique Name: Eagle's Eye Description: The Eagle Eye technique is a two part technique. Firstly it allows all rangers to see up to a mile away as if they were standing right there while active. Secondly they can also use the Eagle's Eye to forcibly increase the range of any ranged attack they make. -Range increases by 50 feet. Cost:3 Stamina for increased sight per post. 5 Willpower for increased range.

As one might think of a white knight Raphael is a chivalrous man with an extremely strong sense of justice. Though he no longer belongs to a kingdom he serves the land and its inhabitants where ever his journeys may take him. He is as kind-hearted as he is courageous and holds an optimistic outlook on the world, though he isn't blind. Painfully aware of the dangers of the world Raphael offers his body as a shield to it, thus the reason why he's remained unaligned to any one kingdom. And though a constant smile remains forever at his lips there's a hidden blackness that resides within the pits of his eyes.
History
Born the b*****d child of dragons, Raphael hails from the tattered kingdom of Foslevel where he was once a knight held in high regard by the royalists and their subjects. He keeps his roots hidden from the world in fear of contempt and rejection for what he is. It's been rumored that Raphael can predict the future and has seen what will become of the world in the events to come. After such visions he'd apparently gone mad and killed three knights before attempting to take the queen's life, however, compelled by a powerful magical force he was repelled away and his actions ceased.
Before he could be apprehended he made his escape and fled castle walls. This was well over two-hundred years ago and since then Raphael has been labeled a traitor and was presumed dead as everyone perceived him as an ordinary human. However, over the decades stories surfaced that he impregnated a woman to continue his bloodline despite the widespread belief of him being homosexual. His lineage carried on and he lived out his days as his own kin, the great grandson of a traitor who became a wandering knight in order to restore honor to his family name.
Goals
The rumors hold some merit of truth to them. He did kill three guards assigned to the Queen's side. He did in fact make an attempt on her life. And yes, he saw visions, given to him periodically over his youth. But there are truths that he's been unable to speak of, conclusions that he's come to and actions that he's taken that he cannot explain due to his lack of evidence. His goal is to search out evidence of these visions and to prevent the terror that accompanies them.
Luster Purge - Raphael is able to create a type of purification zone around himself. An invisible force that spans out as a thirty feet sphere around him that cancels out all forms of magic that is used within it, friend or foe, excluding his own. This works against forms of magic that affects physical forms (buffs and debuffs), as this magic is still in-effect when it enters the field. However it does not work against raw magic such as projectiles that have been cast outside of the field.

A Warrior can expend willpower to regain Stamina and Health to once more stand again! -Regain Half of your Expended Willpower as Health and Half of Expended willpower as Stamina. -Only Usable Twice per Battle. -CAN be used at 0 HP. Cost:1-50 Willpower, maximum increased by 50 per rank.
