We're still working on it and improving some of the functionality and data load of the system. When we have an update we will make a staff notice!

This is something we could possibly consider, right now the forum we have for something similar is Art: Comment and Critique. But it's something we'll keep in mind.

I went to buy a 50 pack of rinas cafe. It shows up as a 50 pack on the marketplace it showed up as a 50 pack in the persons store, but when I purchased it it said it was a 10 pack (You can see it if you scroll to the bottom it says 10 pack down there...)
I thought it may be a graphics glitch since ive seen it happen and unpacked it, no it only had 10 singles (which remain sitting in my inventory) Can you please fix the marketplace listings and maybe give me a refund (or a 50 pack like what it was supposed to be), I sent a ticket but it hasnt been responded to yet.

That's really strange, don't recall ever seeing that before. Go ahead and file a ticket about this in our Help Center and we'll take a look further at helping you out.

Hello again Gaia staff! If you remember, back on Twitter I mentioned that I was going to make a Gaia themed Little Big Planet Level. Fortunately I just got done with my latest level and I'm now free to work on it. Now, I have a few ideas on what to do with it but, I like to hear what you guys think about it. Here's my two main ideas.
1. I can create a level where you go through the town of Barton. It will be a lot like a hangout space and will include many of the NPCs found on Gaia. (Rina, Leon, Louie, Ian, Rufus, Old Man Logan ect.) You can find many of the main buildings there and you can freely explore the area. Along with this, I may also have a few users guest star in the level and I may even throw in a few mini-games and Easter Eggs. Bunny Rangers
2. I can create an entire level based on last year's Easter Event of the Bunny Ranger invasion. The level will start with you getting trapped on-board of the Bunny Ranger's ship. Rhe level will have low gravity sections, platforming challenges and puzzles. I may also add a part where you can rescue other people to gain more points and an Easter Egg where you can listen in to a conversation with the Bunny Rangers.

We've spent many hour deliberating about this, have spent days fighting over it, have held many civil wars about this. We've lost many people due to it to come to this conclusion: We actually really like both ideas and can't pick one over the other, we'd love to see either one! It sounds like it will be a really fun challenge.

Most items that don't have sellbacks won't be receiving them anytime soon. Most of these items don't have sellbacks for a reason.

So since I paid for a ton of outfit slots before extra "free" outfits slots were released, I sent a billing ticket roughly two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten a response. Is the staff simply busy or has my ticket been lost? Should I file another ticket?

I do see that there was a reply to your ticket, have you checked your spam folder for the e-mail? Additionally, there were no free outfit slots that were given. If you had the maximum number of outfit slots before the expansion, then you had to spend the extra Gaia Cash to get them.

I bought these [Animal] Pyramid Bracelets and [Animal] Leather Jackets from Durem when announcement of gold shop was made last month. I haven't be able to sell them because no sell back to store and donate won't work.

Question: I've been in the process of finishing my alch wings and I'm stuck on the parts where I need to catch rare fish. I can't afford them in the marketplace, but they're only expensive because fishing doesn't work. I understand you all are still working on fixing fishing and don't have an estimated time of fixing it, or that you haven't started yet or whatever the case is. But is it unreasonable for the requirements of the quest to be changed? I would loooooove to finish my quests.

An alternative way to collect fish is via The Fishing Market chance item in GoFusion. Unfortunately, we will not be changing the quest requirements at this time. Hope this helps!

Is it possible to add more animation to the Lake Kindred game?
The only animations now are the kins and their attacks. But what about the surrounding areas where the battle takes place. For example fog/mist at Fafnir's Peak or falling leaves in Zen Garden.
The still background pictures are just too plain.

This is a really cool idea, though I don't think that it's possible at the moment.

One of my biggest regrets during my time on this site was several years ago when I sold a SDSuper Princess Celestia doll with the intent to rebuy it. I wasn't able to before the RIG was removed from the cash shop. Now if I want to get it I have to expect to drop at least 1T gold for it.

I wouldn't say never, but unfortunately probably not. Those items are usually released as part of a partnership / sponsorship and can't be resold after that partnership / sponsorship has ended.

I dunno about you but the first thing that comes into my head when I see a lot of posts in ATS about fishing, SF threads, PMs is, "I don't think people really miss this game." /s
But yes, we do know that people miss it and want it back. We see the posts, we get the PMs, we see the threads. We know it's something that is desired. Unfortunately the issue isn't as simple as "just changing a CAPTCHA." If it were, we certainly would have fixed it because that would be a quick fix. We're keeping the community in mind and it is something we would like to address sometime in the future.

Would it be possible to have the Dark Heart's Dark Hair hair cones removed using

always remove the long hair but never the awful looking hair cones. Not even in tandem.

The hedgevil kin was a lower priced kin. Lower priced kin will not always have great stats and/or a large set.

the rules of rainbow ticket items need to be updated again, the monthly RIG is not a recolor RIG, but the rules say they will be placed in a recolor RIG.
the rules of rainbow ticket items need to be updated again, the monthly RIG is not a recolor RIG, but the rules say they will be placed in a recolor RIG.

And I know there are a lot of those tickets out there, and I'm not always that keen on increasing the work load of our amazing artists, but I really like this idea.
We could make a baby and a mini rainbow ticket.
So the baby ticket would let you recolour 1-3 poses (this would be good for people who like older items, or items with less poses, less of a waste than a normal rainbow)
The mini rainbow ticket would let you recolour one pose, but in like 4-6 different colours *3*
(we could finally recolour the lex gloves!! And leg warmers! And basic skirts!!)

This is a cool idea, however I can see how it could get confusing very quickly.
We have discussed this idea before, but I don't believe it is possible.

I wasn't sure what this question would fall under when it comes to category, but I was curious if you guys are planning on bring back CrosStitch contests again? It's been quite a while since the last one was held and the shop has gone update-less for a bit!
It was one of my biggest reasons for coming to the site for a while, and I know I certainly miss it!

It was one of my biggest reasons for coming to the site for a while, and I know I certainly miss it!
Unfortunately our last few CrosStitch contests did not garner a lot of participation, so we've retired that contest for a while. If enough people show an interest, we may consider launching another, but for now we do not have any plans for another CrosStitch contest any time soon. Apologies!

We have answered the question regarding fishing multiple times, the questioning being, "When is it going to be fixed? Is it fixed yet? Are you guys going to fix it?" And the answers have stayed the same, "We don't have an update at the moment. We know the community wants to keep it. It is something we want to address." Organizing a group of people to come to consecutive ATS threads to ask the same question, every week, is going to result in the questions ultimately getting ignored because we have no update and the answer hasn't changed. It is not effective for you, it is not effective for us because we already know people want the game, that fact is not, and will not, be lost on us. The community has made it clear they want to see the game fixed, that fact will not change and we acknowledge it. As we have stated, when there is an update that is of use to the community, we will post it in a staff notice so that the community is aware of a change. Until that time, we will not have anything that we're ready to announce to the community and continuing to ask these same questions will either warrant no reply because we have addressed it, or a reiterating of our current stance on the subject.
