Hello! We are working on quite a few things at the moment, but:
-Rearranging kin has been fixed, as of today! Rearrange them in your inventory.
-We are working on nicknaming kins at the moment.
-Rebalancing of starter kin will happen in the near future. c:

Can you guys consider using quoting as a major feature during an event only for shorter events? I found the recent Valentine's event quite annyoing, in that people would quote posts I made during the first hour of the forum being up or so, but I never posted in there again.
It was a huge put off for me personally and I know other people found the spam quote notifications annoying as well. o3o

Most people have figured out by now that when an item is recolored, it has the "Not Released" glitch happen to it.
Is there any way you guys can prevent this from happening so that we don't have to keep bugging our artists about broken items?

That actually isn't what happens when an item is recolored.
But we are well aware of this issue and are working on it.

Any news on if another item kickstarter is in the works? A lot of Gaians suffer from massive inventories and the bugs that come with it. It would alleviate some of those problems if we could dump all our useless things into convert-o-matic again.
Also, it would cut back on the excessive numbers of certain low valued items, which would in turn raise their value a little if enough were destroyed. To do this, you would have to let every single item have a destroy value.
So, is there an item kickstarter in the plans currently? If not, please consider one soon!

As of right now, Tier exclusive CIs are rereleasable in their entirety via coupon or a future tier, but the individual items within are exclusive to that CI. We may reconsider this stance in the future, though!
There are often CIs included in tiers that are NOT exclusives, though, and those are usually found directly in the cash shop. smile

This time, since we have a new month with a major holiday in it, I'd like to ask about any hints for Easter. Is there anything you can give us regarding who might be running the Easter event this year (Easter Bunny, Bunny Rangers, The Easter Ian perhaps)? Also are there any more hints towards what summer will be or is it too early to tell?

Some tickets take more time to complete than others. This means that we may not run sales on or rerelease these tickets as much as others. But we'll take your feedback into account and see what we can do!

Awhile back you guys had a cookie voting-thing going on to see if there are features Gaians would want. I voted for a bank feature but then it was never heard of ever again. I would like your take on this matter. I personally would love to see this feature happening. I like my gold and I want to store it somewhere.
Hear my story. One time I had tried keeping it in a trade with my mule account but for some unknown reason, the trade vanished along with 10 mill worth of gold. This was when 10 mill meant something. Upon checking with my mule accounts, the gold never appeared in either account. See, I did reach out for help but no one could prove I had made that trade. So, could you please consider this featurd again? Maybe the safety feature could be a pin number instead of something complex.

So, the file size limit for the pics in our signatures is only 100.000 bytes, which isn't a lot really. This limit doesn't let us put gifs, as they are almost always heavier than that. I was wondering if this limit has been like this for years or not, since as far as I know most users have better connection than we used to. Have you thought about changing it or is this limit really the best one?~

1. There is not currently a plan to do so, but it's not a bad idea for the future.
2. That's another great suggestion! Not something that we can do easily right now, but we'll keep it in mind for future updates!

Is there a reason for the GCash into Gaia Gold conversion system of the marketplace? It seems counter-productive to me, as not only it wastes GCash without letting the seller get even a penny of it, it pumps more Gold into the economy every time someone uses it as well. If you want to help fix the excess gold in the economy, might I recommend fixing this so that the seller receives GCash directly, or removing the conversion altogether until you can think of a better system?

The purpose was to allow those who wished the choice of what currency they wanted to use for marketplace purchasing. We do not give gcash to the seller as this would become an administration nightmare in the event of compromised accounts.

There are great items that can ONLY be found from that bundle, and I think it might be extinct.

Okay, I had sent an email concerning about the Project Ticket, especially toward Rainbow and/or Double Rainbow. I have yet to get an answer about it. Please answer this since this is quite concern for those who thought about recoloring an item.
Last month, an user was on a quest for Rainbow Seal but wanted to recolor the user kin. The user of the kin had little to no interest in Gaia, making it quite difficult for the user to get permission to recolor, had it not been the creator's friend to help out.
Since we have new people coming in, there's a good chance that the user won't know about this or that the creator is no longer active in Gaia, making it difficult to ask permission. So my question is this:
Can we make like a time period (like the LQI) where once the time passed, users will be able to recolor without asking the creator's permission?
I know this may go against the rule as well as maybe going against the wishes of the creator if they don't wish their items to be used (except for Gaia), but it also put down those who wish to use the tickets to recolor in the color scheme they wish to see and it's quite little to none chance for Gaia to recolor it in their own term of which items will be recolored.

I'm curious because I'm hoping one day, even if I have to get a Rainbow Ticket for it, my new favorite personal combo I call Seaglass could become a real Gaia color combo.

For example, if there was something like the ability to purchase one hour stat boosts for around 1k per kin through the in game store. Personally I'd love a feature like this, as it would allow users to play kin they like without them having to be super over leveled if they've got weaker stats, or attacks.

Could we possibly get the animations turned off by default on the lite version? The animations take up so much time and cause lag that I think should be eliminated from the version that is meant to be played on mobile devices.

This question has been asked, and I can see if it is possible, but as of right now it isn't possible.

It has been over EIGHT MONTHS since it was agreed to without a sign of change. People still make bad bids and people still have to file tickets for a problem which could be easily prevented and people still want this change.

So we are at any given time working on both fixing features and making new items. It's not the same folks who do each.
That said, thanks a bunch for bringing up the typo. We'll look into getting that fixed asap!
I believe the comma issue takes more time to change and is more complicated to fix but we'll definitely add it to our list of things to check up on and see what can be done.

As of now, tier items are exclusive so we won't see 'em. We may reconsider this stance in the future, though.
I thought this was recently changed to 6 months when they changed the new ticket rules.
Because there's a lot of tier items that recently were put in the deflation CIs.
Silly Adorkable Bea was one of these items that was in a Tier.
Same goes for a lot of the rainbow items back from a Tier during the 2015 Summer Sale.

The new ticket rules do not apply to anything that is not a custom ticket item, as far as I know. ^^
If a Tier Item was included in a La Victoire chance item, ping a staff member and let them know so they can remove it!

Since we've seen a few of these "Community Picks" bundle contests, if a user wanted to include an item that had once been in a tier would they have to wait six months after the item in question had been featured or are tier items off limits in a Community Picks Bundle Contest?

But starting with the next contest, user-designed items older than 6 months will now be available to be used, so that's really exciting!

This is a bit silly, but I'm wondering if it would be possible to have multiple teams? My kin levels are all over the place and I use different ones for different things and it's a pain to go through my invo to remove from team, get the other one on the team, then put the first one in the team again, over and over and over again.

We do gold shop updates at least once a month! Same as it has been for a long time now! In February we added a ton of new things to the gold shops actually! (Even more than usual)

Question I apperciate that you made it where we can re-arrange our kins in lake kindred but am confused why the kin are not arranged like I arranged them in my inventory in my lake kindred game inventory. How do we fix this issue?
Plus will it stay where whatever kin I am playing with will show at the beginning of my kin inventory in lake kindred? - i really like that feature.

Have you updated the tab that you're playing Lake Kindred in?
Also, do you have kin in your storage? Those usually go to the front of your queue.

Why did you stop selling user-made items at Crosstitch? Now they're sold at La Victoire, which can be problem for those of who don't/can't buy Gaia cash.

User-designed items made by exchanging most Tickets are generally released in La Victoire.
User-designed items that go into CrosStitch are usually created for item design contests! So it's not so much that we're moved user-designed items as that they are coming into existence via different means.
