You would think people would have gotten over their petty issues by 2025, but oh how that's not the case. As long as two people exist, one will always want the other dead at one point or another. That's where Kaiser Company comes in, they take what no one else will. They are the toughest mercenaries in the world, and they make huge money from their hits. That's of course, why a company called Solar Solutions hired them to do the unthinkable.
Kill a scientist's daughter. Discreetly. She is the daughter of renown scientist Andrew Doyton. Cordelia Doyton is a fun, feisty college student thrown into a huge political war that started since her father began speaking out against the company he worked for the majority of his life. Erin's death, according to Solar Solutions, would bring their 'wayward sheep' home, and realize he was the fault for his daughter's death. The assassin just knows that she is
a target-- but meeting her by chance, he's caught off guard-- and begins to grow protective of her. Will he bring himself to get the job done, or will his feelings be too strong to force himself to do it?
