When a Dragon Slayer enters Dragon Force, they effectively turn into a humanoid Dragon, gaining reptilian scales and traits, such as further elongated, and sharper, canines and scale-like patterns on their skin. Dragon Force is the final, most powerful state a Dragon Slayer can attain; granting them power comparable to that which a real Dragon possesses: the power to utterly destroy everything.

Takuya portrays a few similar qualities from his father. He's a calm young man that tends to keep a neutral expression for the most part. Despite his natural appearance for a neutral look, he's actually more talkative compared to his father willingly to initiate or hold conversations. Around people he tends to trust, his face expression more emotions or even make quips/jokes as a sign that he's around comrades. Fiercely loyal to family, friends, and allies he does his best to protect them even if it were to mean his safety. Although he can be blunt, he does or says things out of care or concern for those he's speaking too. Takuya does tend to hide his true feelings to avoid being hurt or hurting others around him. In rare moments, one is able to see the timid nature of himself in moments of praise, romantic settings, or embarrassing moments. At times he displays a stubbornness attitude curtsy of his mother, and even a confident borderline cocky nature when enjoying himself in a fight. The boy favors strategy over brute force unlike some of the other dragon slayers he's heard about. A major fear of his is the tendency to act cold and impassive in certain situations. Background/Biography:
Born to Rogue and Kasumi Cheney, whom was a mage herself, Takuya has had a decent childhood. He doesn't know too much about his mother because she unfortunately passed away on an S-class mission at a young age. Naturally, the boy was distraught at the loss of his mom and as such lost sight of himself. Rogue manage to help him pick himself up off the ground as he continued raising son as best as he could. The boy made a decree that he'd get stronger so he could protect those that he cared about as to help prevent something like the death of a loved one from happening. Rogue was proud of his new found goal, and as such offered to teach him Dragon Slayer magic, hand to hand combat, and sword skills. Takuya grew up wanting to make his father proud as well as to honor his mother, so he always trained until near exhaustion. It was during his training that Rogue gave him an exceed egg as a gift for his hard work. Takuya happily accepted the egg, and the responsibility that would come along with it. When the egg hatched, he named the female feline Lily after his mother's favorite flower. The two became best friends over time, and even basically siblings. Around the age of twelve, Rogue explained the dangerous that Shadow Dragon Slayer magic possessed, and if he wasn't careful his "dark" half could corrupt him as it almost once did to him. A year later Rogue ended up going on a mission that was speculated to take a long time believing it was time for his son to train on his own from here on out. It wasn't until Takuya was fifteen that he decided that it was time for him to travel. This was mainly done to learn how to harness his powers as well as the fear of loses himself to his own darkness, and not wanting to harm those close to him. Lily stubbornly declared that she wouldn't let him go off on his own, so she joined him on his journey.
