Tbh I was inspired by 011 (or El) from Stranger Things. Speaking as a trained vocal and acting student I'd say she could easily use her semblance 8 times with vocal exercise and warm up, support from her diaphragm during use, and proper rest between battles.

Semblance description: Jetta’s semblance amplifies her voice enough that it causes shockwaves that can travel up to 50 metres when she screams. Depending on how much aura she uses and the distance the target is from Jetta the shockwaves act in a range of simply knocking people over to chipping large boulders. In other words: the closer you are the more it will affect you.

Semblance Name: Rose Garden
Semblance description: The user is able to complete coat themselves in roses with sharp thorns to the touch, completely unaffected by the thorns; which gives the user a +1 in toughness and +2 in strength respectively. Their weapon in use is also covered with sharp thorns, which causes greater damage. Using this sembelance too many times can cause the thorns to eventually pierce the user... Which wouldn't be too good.
