I don't have the drive to RP/write that I used to, but I won't mind diving back in to the RP for the sake of others.
I'll probably only ever make a post if my characters are being interacted with other people's characters. Or if my character's presence is necessary or something like that I guess *shrug*

Alright everyone! The group is back on the move and looks like we're expecting something difficult up ahead so I'm going to need everyone in peak condition. Like I said before (in the post) everyone's going to need to watch out for each other so remember our head count!

Edit: Welp, I either didn't realize it was there the first time around or I completely forgot that Rath's already done a timeline post over 5 months ago. Ah well, I worked too hard on this.
Alright, so some people have been wondering where their characters are (which is very understandable given how long its been since we've gotten any progress!) and this is just to tell you that 1. Yes there are people who are trying to get this up and running again and that 2. It's okay to be a bit confused to where to start again! So to help that along, here's a quick rundown of the event so far and what that means to you all.
If I missed anything or anyone please let me know I spent a few hours on this (lot to read) and I honestly did probably miss SOMETHING.
Timeline as told by Evelyn (And Julia)

(ANNY '12) A New Course of Action (Introduction)-
So it had been awhile since the Great Eyris Siege, and all the following nonsense that I was unfortunate enough to get wrapped into, about a year actually and reconstruction is going rather smoothly when King James gets a visitor at his door completely out of the blue! Turns out ol' Sentria's royal family wasn't exactly as dead as we thought, or at least the descendants anyway, the poor souls who were kicked off the throne are definitely long dead! Well, regardless, the current heir to the throne, Amir Khayri, comes knocking requesting an audience with King James and the rest of the leaders of the world as his father has recently passed, bless his soul.
As it turns out, Amir's looking to settle a few scores with the Bandit King, Drake, who is definitely not a welcome figure around these parts on account of the bruises he and the rest of Sentria, along with our "good pals" in Mordache have given us over the past few years. So Amir and his retainers ask for assistance in reclaiming their homeland in return for a future alliance once the mess has been cleaned out and we have Amir back on the throne, which has rather...mixed reactions among his audience. Chieftan Songhua and his big fluffy beard has his hands tied on this one, as does King Cyric so ultimately...It's up to King James!
(ANNY '12) Setting in Motion [prep]-
So as it turns out, King James is just as lonely and good-hearted as any young man would be in his position, so he ultimately chooses to lend aid to Amir's war efforts in hope for a unified continent and peace between the regions and rulers. (Who know all the little guy wanted was a friend?) However, Amir's lineage was definitely a problem, to keep secret or declare it to put the fear of the goddess in Drake? Ultimately, it was decided to keep it under wraps and with a calculated decision under Rath's leadership the three were presented as guides hired by the crown in the efforts against Drake. All, in all...Pretty effective.
That is, if it wasn't for Abel.
Seeking revenge, the hothead was denied by Rath on account of his personal agenda and it was thought that was the end of it. However...During the commotion of all the preparation, Amir and company were overheard in their plans for the road in a moment of relaxation! So Abel has stooped to blackmail in his campaign against Drake! Gosh, if Blossom was here to give him a piece of her mind...
....
Oh yes! That was also when I was uh...Fortunate enough to be included in the listen of Cloak company members to be included in the attack, thanks to some rather unfortunate slip-up of the paperwork. Sometimes I don't know what to do with the mess of a system we have back home! ...Anyways, on top of all this mess and confusion as it turns out King James had another trick up his sleeve in the form of Marina! Marina has definitely had some experience with Old Gods and all that sort of darkness and doom and Little James wished for her to be his eyes and ears on the battlefield, hoping to see any signs of corruption before it got out of hand!
...That's definitely not foreboding.
Amelia and that boy Ewan reconnected as the Wyvern Squadron prepared for their own departure, though they would leave some time after the main group as they had members away from the main station, as news of the attack had just been issued that morning. (Which come to think of it, where are they now, anyway?)
W-Well...I'm sure they're on their way!
(ANNY '12) Shadow Over the Plains (plot)-[prep]
So remember when I said Chieftian Songhua and his floofy beard had some business to take care of back home? Well, as it turns out, it wasn't exactly good news waiting for him back home! More like two bloody corpses and a whole bunch of back-stabbing (perhaps literally) ex-friends waiting for him back home, Shamir and Ishtur two of the biggest snakes you'll ever find! Thankfully Bushy Beard man is far too capable to let an ambush and underhanded tactics like that stick! ...Well, outside of a poison arrow to the arm. Never did like treating those. Well, as it turns out our help from the Plainsman had been taken over, giving us yet another problem on our hand! Oh, also they had an undead army. ...And also reinforcements in the bandits that Ishtur sturred up with his silver tongue.
Gosh, this is getting complicated!
So Songhua took off to his people who were under attack by the undead army (seriously, who DOES that?) and after some roughhousing he directed our girl Kalilah to head out and go grab some reinforcements (That'd be us.) while they retreated and healed their wounds. (Ol Beardman can definitely take a pounding...)
(ANNY '12) Earning Trust (Prologue)[prep]
That venomous snake Ishtur was successful in rousing the bandits of Learania awake and siccing them on the poor people of the neighboring towns, one of which Amir and Company had been camping near. Rath, having been negotiating for supplies in the village, was the first to respond to the attack with the Sentrian Trio quick behind him! The group certainly had some problems to iron out, though I really can't blame Rath. After some of the atrocities committed in the past few years, it's hard to believe there's still a good soul LEFT in Sentria these days. But Amir, Ramla, and Amon? Those two certainly are good eggs, and a good thing! Rath needed all the help he could get evacuating and protecting the civilians of the village, especially when it came to ol' Baba!
Despite having an emotional scene a few minutes ago, turns out Amir's weak-spot is a fondness for...slam poetry? Wait, am I remembering this right? ...Oh, turns out...yes. A-Anyway, after a few heated rhymes thrown about, Baba was finally taken down and a strong sense of mutual trust was born between Rath and the Sand Trio.
...Look it's not like stranger nonsense has happened around here!
(ANNY '12) An Unexpected Delay (1st)
Oh this. ...I'm not going to talk about it. So I suppose Julia is going to have to take over for me on this one. I insist.
...Right, so as it turns out, the bastards got the drop on us and despite our best efforts and our ability to send them packing, the sudden ambush was enough to make away with Evelyn and a small portion of our supplies. Our main branch, as we had split away from the main group to meet with Chief Songhua, was nearing the rendezvous point when they found themselves under attack by the remaining bandit forces. (I swear I'll kill the b*****d ultimately responsible for this Snafu.) Thankfully, I've found myself among very skilled operatives and we were able to force back our attackers. But, they were without honor and took the poor girl Leena hostage, asking for our surrender in exchange for her life. Marina, as quick as she's ever been, was able to adapt to the situation as she retook her hostage once Celso, the bandit in question, had been distracted by Rath offering himself as a hostage.
The slippery b*****d was capable enough to slink his way through, prompting a rather...contemptible contest between me and that insufferable Kierkess over who would collect his head. A contest that I would lose due to his, well, overwhelming personality. Regardless, we prepared to move out in order to engage the enemy at their base in hopes of recovering our supplies along with Evelyn.
(ANNY'12) Indemnity (2nd)
We had cornered the bastards in their hideout but simple mountain bandits or not, they at least knew how to fortify a building, with the ballista sitting pretty at the top being the main point of frustration for our attack. Sister Victoria was able to assist me in my attack on the ballista and despite some injuries, the damndable thing was taken down with Rath and Sue covering my charge. Still, Kierkess pushed on in some idiotic attempt to "one up me" as they would say, something about me just seems to keep him in constant pigheadness. Or was that just his personality? Bah, I never know with that man.
Speaking of which, after some confrontation with Harold, the bandit leader, and his second in command, we discovered that poor Evelyn had been commandeered into helping her captors with a spare staff that they had on hand, giving them the upper hand in the battle. Kierkess, in all of his wisdom, rushed Evelyn and almost had put her in the ground, if not for Venetia's interference. Rath, who had also engaged Evelyn and Harold moments before, continued his assault against the Bandit Leader, and Kierkess were enough to push back Harold, with some assistance from Evelyn, though his obsession towards her brought him back again and yet again, finally put down through the efforts of Venetia, Rath, Evelyn, Kierkess, and Amir.
I just worry about the trauma that Evelyn suffered because of his foolishness.
(ANNY'12) Parting Words[prep]
Well, at least we're finally done with all of that...But on to more important things.
Old wounds and memories of friends long since passed away awaited Blossom, Abel, and Dietrich as Abel prepared to leave after the main forces, as you would remember from one of the earlier points with Abel. Standing at the foot of his dear friend Aiden's grave, Abel was met by Derrin of Cloak, another associate of Blossom's, let's put it as such. Selfish words were exchanged, the name and life of Aiden was besmirched by Derrin with his hotheaded temper, and the two came to blows, before Dietrich confronted the two, on his way to give respects himself shortly before being joined by Blossom herself. Once more Derrin spoke out in anger, besmirching the name of the departed Aiden, this time in the face of the woman she had left behind. In the face of Blossom, oh dear....
Angered, she struck Derrin, telling him to mind his place in the matters of her heart and where she stood in memory of Aiden, a response that caused Derrin to shut down and leave the scene, off into the outskirts and away of his life currently. His current location is unknown. Blossom and Dietrich continued their conversation, with Blossom's resolve being reignited as Dietrich and Abel left in order to meet up with Rath's group in Sentria. They are still currently on their way there. Blossom, meanwhile, met up with Ganon and his overabundance of silly, yet charming, musical equipment and the two prepared to meet with the group currently assaulting Pentheus.
(ANNY '12) Insidious Foes[prep]
And so the climatic battle of Pentheus was underway! ..Except the city itself had been abandoned and the main forces of Sentria had evacuated the city at the mere sight of the main invasion force. Seeing problems with the current situation at hand General Amelia and Tibarn dispatched two teams (I'm sensing a pattern here) with one going into the city to secure its location and the second after the bandits as to prevent the suspected trap. The main city group was reinforced with the arrival of Calill, who had fallen in via The Door just as many before her as well as a mercenary by the name of Edward assisting Tibarn's forces outside the city. Within the city, Amelia's forces split into three squads lead by Amelia herself, Isadora, and Wallace as they began a sweep and setup in the city, hoping to find any signs as to why the city was abandoned, or if the city was even abandoned to begin with. In the shadows, a figure, a member of the aptly named Shadow Guild, watched in contempt before preparing to move out with his fellow members, making a bit of a private show with his nonsense. Dastardly man, that.
Really beyond that, nothing much happened for the longest time, it was almost enough to make them wish for some action, anything at all. That is, if it wasn't for what laid in wait for them thanks to the machinations of the Shadow Guild. Murphy, that peculiar fellow, met up with Tyce, the leader from before, who had been stationed there by the guild. A confrontation and a pissing contest later (I swear), and the the group was ready to set their plan in motion after what seemed like an eternity for my comrades. Tyce appeared before Amelia in a rather grandstanding fashion for some folks who go about calling themselves "The Shadow Guild" but I suppose it was all for their plan. A plan that involved stalling and confronting the group up until the point where the first of the many bombs planted in the city brought a building down in smoke and brimstone, a nasty event that! All the witnesses of the enemy's side were silenced with another explosion, the first of many and the start of our very limited timer.
Many struggled to recover from the shock and debris of the sudden explosion, but thanks to Amelia's guidance, Ewan and the rest of the medical teams were able to snap back and look after the wounded, Isadora and Wallace's teams scrambling to find the bombs scattered throughout the city. The battle continued on before reinforcements came from the most unlikely of places: A pirate ship, spotted moments before the explosions went off, though identified as not of Sentrian origin. Pirate, or should I say Privateer Captain Tarr and his men assisted Amelia in the evacuation of civilians who had been ushered off and away before the invasion as the searched continued, a few explosions here or there going off despite out best efforts. One such explosion injured the Hawk King, causing Amelia to fly into a fit of hysteria in an effort to aid the injured bird. The two exchanged a brief but rather passionate kiss, perhaps the start of something fresh?
Tarr and Sunil, having been left behind, continued their defense of the city, fighting tooth and nail against the advancing bandits. The two were reinforced by Ewan's arrival back on the scene, both being patched up before they were rejoined by Tibarn and Amelia after their moment together. The group surmised that Captain Tarr was there in order to reinforce the army, for a rather steep price but we weren't in the mood to make complaints, and that Sunil had left in order to find Isadora and Leon, who were investigating other parts of town. Ewan left in order to patch up Wallace, the wandering behemoth that man was, before the two went back to reinforce Amelia's forces. Tibarn, moments before leaving to secure Sunil and the people he had left to find, engaged in one last kiss with Amelia, much to the shock of Ewan and Alex (both of whom held lingering feelings for Amelia.) Iris and Adele's assault was just the opening act to another layer of shock for the poor Ewan as Murphy engaged and assault Amelia, only for Wallace to combat Murphy in Amelia's place. After a brief engagement, the man who he had been healing only moments ago laid in a pool of his own blood, something that the young Sage was not willing to let go unpunished.
Grief would have to wait for the day after, however, as they all swore to avenge the gentle bolstering giant of a man who had died in front of their eyes, Amelia most of all. Those who were still alive gave him a quick moment of solace, Leon and Sain especially, before the current job at hand was re-tackled anew. Tarr split off from the group, continuing a pursuit of the escaping Murphy as the rest of the group decided to split their losses and regroup outside of the city. (Honestly, who could blame them? It was certainly as horrific as what our group was dealing with at the time..) With Bill, one of the men behind the making of the bombs, taken as their prisoner, the group prepared to make their way out of the city. Alex was taken prisoner, for just a moment, but a moment still used very effectively as information that the entire brunt of Sentria's might was making their way into the city, leaving Alex alone to process the information, thoroughly beaten. Tarr volunteered to keep the city under their control, beating back the remains of the invading forces as we tried to regroup and catch out breaths before the final confrontation.
It was the calm before the storm, as they say.
Change In Plans[prep]
Meanwhile with the rest of our fellows, yours truly included, our rendezvous with Songhua and his tribe wasn't exactly going as planned. In fact, it never really happened! Well, that is until we ended up running into Kalilah herself when Julia went off scouting to look for our missing friends! (Oh, and there was some hullabaloo with Rath, Roy, and some guy named Hector? Never really found out how all of that was going, plus that fellow Will. I guess it's not really up to me to worry about [or really know if it's canon at this point gosh people stick with one canon!]) After some pigheaded arguments, Julia was taken to be healed after being injured rescuing the sweet Kalilah thanks to myself, though why she thought I wished any vengeance against Kierkess for nearly beheading me is beyond me and certainly not because it was apart of some nonsense I refuse to talk about!
...So as I was saying, the attack on the undead continued for some time, with Kalilah assisting Julia and handling herself on the Pegasus Calliope rather well, Marina doing her damnedest to clear the oncoming waves of the undead along side FD, Rath, Sue, Roy, Sister Victoria, and the Sand Trio on the frontlines while the rest guarded the convoy with the injured. Despite the rather otherworldly tactic of transforming into a large mutated mess of a creature, our group was able to finally push them back with unmeasured teamwork and precision in our attacks. Simply, it was to be expected!
But in the middle of this victory celebration, it never really occurred to us how the news of his friend's injury and danger weighed down on Rath's mind, nor could we have ever realized the eyes watching us from afar...Plotting our very downfall.
The Battle on the Border[prep]
While this confusion and the inner struggles of the enigma that is Rath's mind went on, our buddies down near Pentheus were struggling to catch their footing while Drake had no hesitation in taking advantage of the situation to begin his full-scale attack. Ready for revenge for past grievances, Mel was armed to the teeth with a meteor tome her prime weapon against our advancing forces, though she was met with a pretty effective fire wall from our own side. Preparations were made for the upcoming attack, the medical branches directed by Ewan and Calill by Amelia's orders, while Leon, Sunil, Isadora, and Rajin prepared for the attack together. Mel's meteor was enough to divide and confuse our group long enough to start an attack, only thrwarted by Calill and Mel engaging in what I could only describe as a large-scale paintball game of meteor death. A silence staff was called for just in time for Legault to betray Drake, of all people, and make off with their Meteor tome, making Mel look quite comical as he did so, tied up and silenced from the staff thanks to Ewan at Isadora's call. In the middle of all this confusion (and trust me it was chaotic!), Tibarn began to engage with Drake himself, certainly a sight to behold!
Jezebel, the bloodthirsty monster that she is, commanded a suicide run against the firewall, taking it down in a rather gory and explosive fashion. Most certainly not up to my taste, but I suppose this is war. Melethia, now silenced and disarmed, retreated to the back where no one has seen her since. (Seriously what's with that?) Drake, on the other hand, was making a spectacle of his response to Tibarn's attack, moving rather graceful despite the man's contemptible attitude and demeanor, one that Tibarn was more than ready to answer in turn. The showdown between them awaited as the rest of the army prepared to engage, Murphy moving to strike down the retreating Legault for his theft and betrayal. Ewan, not having much to do about the incoming knife, left him to his own accord as he went to engage Murphy for the earlier murder of Wallace. (Legault, on the other hand, can only be presumed dead or missing at this time who knows with this canon.) The two engaged in battle, one that was made somewhat strangely personal with their similar histories before ultimately ending in a draw that left both in no condition to fight as Amelia and Jezebel moved in to engage with the other.
Well, that's before some opportunist bird decided to swoop in on the action and somehow trick that poor boy Ewan into helping him on some business proposition? Honestly, don't these hawks know a battle going on when they see it! Shameful and deplorable is what it is! Regardless, showing him what a true gentleman is, Ganon made his way onto the scene along with Blossom as she cut her way through the enemy ranks, Ganon boosting the entire scene with his splendid music. (I do need to have him play for me at some point.) And at the moment, that's honestly all I can say about the situation, outside of some out-worldly situation involving some blonde man showing up in the middle of the battlefield? More when it develops!
Around the Campfire #2 - Crossroads[prep]
With the events of the previous day hanging on our shoulders, Rath made a sudden announcement that he was splitting off from the rest of the party in order to go after Chieftan Songhua, a plea that our Sentran comrades were not able to take lying down. Amir was quick in order to refuse and offer that they went in order to cover Rath, possibly letting a bit too much slip along the way. (It depends on how inquisitive FD is feeling about this!) But regardless, our thoughts were the same on the matter and we were able to push forward as a team. Next stop, our good friend Chief Bushy-Beard!

So I figured here was a good place for me to make an announcement.
This plot has been going on for a while guys. And I've honestly made a lot of memories here in FEF (some good, some not so good, but memories none the less!)
That being said. I have to be clear about something.
After these plot threads, my characters will no longer appear in the RP.
I'll probably leave profiles and stuff up for nostalgia's sake and also because I worked so hard on them. And I honestly don't like the whole, "just because a character's mod left the RP, they get off'd in plot" but that's just a personal thing.
So, for now they can be mentioned in passing, but I won't be posting for them anymore.
After these plot threads are done, consider them retired, and as of now, I am retired as a writer for the guild RP.
I don't have the drive to be a part of the RP, the way I used to.
My decision is final, I've made up my mind. I've been inactive long enough as it is, in any case.
I did learn a lot here, and I have you all to thank for that.
I'll still be part of the boardgame too, so in a way, they will still be there for that. I'm going to get to the stat sheet for that, I'm sorry for the delays, I had a real life emergency happen yesterday that kind of took priority - (getting hurt at home is no fun, but I will be okay!)
Sorry if this is an inconvenience to everyone, I just figured it was time to finally say it. It's been on my mind for a while.
