Well, 1 vote would equate to 1300 ryo won, and the Library can have a name. Superbowl: Library [Yy] and Xx ryou. (insert your applied ryo and techniques' numbers)

Naw, it was based on the number of opposing votes. There were 13 Panthers votes, times 100, equates to 1300.

Are the techniques automatically learned or are these slots? Because if they are slots a 1/1 Tai/Buki Ratio would sure allow a person to learn a lot of styles >S<

@Necro: The slots are just singular technique slots. As in for example, 1 ninjutsu (fireball), or 1 genjutsu (Escape Technique), or 1 taijutsu (PQQ's first move), or 1 bukijutsu (Shunkan's first move), et cetera. Restrictions still apply, per normal learning regulations, so those outside of Medical won't be able to learn eiseijutsu, techniques in most rigorous styles can't be learned because there's no 'cost' being given up, Ninjutsu Class's splitting of Ninjutsu limits don't affect the Library, and so on. If you have to learn all level 1 tai moves in a specific style before learning a level 2+ move in that same style, then it must be followed. Also, since this is a physical 'thing' being given, it's something that can be stolen, especially if folks take the specific [Job] perk allowing them to steal anything not tied down. (the auto-grapple replacement one)
@Lanny: Let's see.... gotta scroll down the screen here.... No. Anyone after me by 6 minutes wasn't eligible: Kickoff was at 6:30pm EST. Fret not, though, as we'll repeat this Flash Event for whenever basketball season draws to a close. I.... might have to look up the rules of that sport, though, since I know less about basketball than I do football. If there's another major sport after that, I have no qualms with thinking up something for it, too. If you happen to know more about these major sports and you'd like to draw something up, Lanny, please post it in the admin thread so we can save it for later~ It seems like this little mini-event was rather fun. ^_^
@All: Thread will be closing Sunday night, and moving to the Recycle Bin for archival.
