Just going to note, anything more explicit than that will receive warnings.

Nothing to be concerned about. I will be confirming that she is some manner of sleazebag every so often though. Particularly when she's down on her luck which she makes herself or she's just being super cheap

Btw are market prices for items negotiable with NPCs if I use dice rolls or something?

A winning roll means you get a deal
A losing roll means the merchant likes you a little less for being cheap from now on.

Probably not, no. You can haggle, but the reactions will be according to your words and actions for the most part. (Though the NPC Op may well roll a die themselves to decide if they're undetermined.) And yes, if you actually interact with an NPC beyond just buying their listed stock at listed price it'll need an operator.

If I establish a relationship with an NPC could I have a set deal?

example

Day 100

Ogin stops by Mr potatoes shop again and she wants an extra potatoe with her usual potatoe purchase.

Everyone knows the deal. Mr potatoe gets his coin out and Ogin pays for her first potatoe and puts the second on the table.

Heads = she pays 25% extra on both
Tails = she pays for one and gets the other free.

Of course... Ogin happens to know where Mr Potatoe keeps his supposedly perfectly fair lucky coin so it just may happen to end up getting swapped out one day if she's "lucky"

Basically if its just a daily coinflip would I still need an operator or can I just report the daily result

All recurring NPCs will have their own set operator. If that operator isn't available another will be chosen, but it will usually be the same person. Anything but the standard interaction will be done by that operator. Heck, most regular interactions should be too, but that could get stressful.

At the Sedem Reges side gates attempting to bribe the guards. Just a small meaningless bribe that is arguably not even really a bribe but I want to establish a bribery based relationship with one of the guards
