Exilium Vita

Located at the southernmost point of the Vasilikan Region, Exilium is a place not many dare to go. Exilium is a large village, or small city depending upon who tells the tale, populated entirely by the dead, and monsters. Tales of the village vary, with some claiming the dead run the city as if it were a normal living city, peaceful and prosperous. Others claim that the moment they set foot within the city they were swarmed by hordes of the dead, and driven out in fear for their life. The truth is unknown, as none have dared observe the city long enough to provide a credible testimony, or if they have, they have not shared their findings. What is known, is that the dead roam Exilium, and that they must be led by a necromancer of unusual power to keep so many of the undead under control, without them swarming across the countryside.
