Traits & Feats
Specialization Traits
Specialization traits are traits unique to a character that alter how they interact with the world around them. Traits range from stat bonuses, to skill enhancements, on to alterations to a character's physiology and senses. Unless specified otherwise, every character receives one Specialization Trait. Traits may be chosen from the list below, or created as customs in the Custom Traits thread.
► Body Builder: When it comes to strength, the Body Builder is the best around, holding an edge over everyone else with their ability to boost their strength quickly and easily.
► +1 Strength per Character Level
► Speedster: Speed is the name of the game, and the Speedster knows how to play. Faster than the competition, they get faster the more they train.
► +1 Agility per Character Level
► Dexterous: With quick and agile hands, the Dexterous character can easily perform actions requiring precision and detail, and only gets better at it over time.
► +1 Dexterity per Character Level
► Scholar: A person of learning and wisdom, the Scholar's intelligence knows no bounds, and ever grows to exceed all others.
► +1 Intelligence per Character Level
► Mage: A master of magic, the Mage is a powerful force whose magic never stops growing in power.
► +1 Magic per Character Level
► Mana Fountain: Where others fall short, the Mana Fountain goes on strong, always having enough energy for one more spell, and their reserves grow ever higher.
► +1 Energy per Character Level
► Tireless: Stubborn and unyielding, the Tireless character never quits, and will always fight to the end, always with enough strength left to finish the fight, and the stronger they get, the longer their endurance.
► +1 Endurance per Character Level
► Merchant: A master of bartering and sale, the Merchant is able to buy and sell any item for a better price than his fellows would normally accept, allowing them to quickly amass more funds.
► NPCs buy items for 50% more, and sell for 25% less.
► Potent Energy: Some are born with the gift of Potent Energy. Those with this ability have much more powerful energy than normal, and are able to power skills and spells with a much smaller amount thanks to the increased potency.
► 25% reduced Energy cost for Skills and Spells
► Bottomless Pit: Nobody is sure just where the Bottomless Pit puts it, whether they have a hollow leg or an extra stomach, or even accidentally swallowed a bag of holding as a child. What is known, is that these characters can pack away more food than anyone.

Feats
Feats are granted to a character throughout their life, for the completion of various challenges in game. These are often difficult to attain, but have highly valuable rewards, such as Limit Breakers or powerful traits. Most feats may be gained multiple times, by completing the requirements again.
► Veteran: Over the course of many battles, a warrior becomes strong, reaching and surpassing their potential once and again.
► Every 25 kills/victories, the character is granted a 5 point Limit Breaker to a single stat of their choice.
► Thief: A ghost in the crowd, rumor on the wind. The thief comes and goes, and is never noticed but for the lightness of his victim's purse.
► Granted for successfully pickpocketing or otherwise stealing from other characters more than fifty times without being caught. Grants a 25 point Limit Breaker to Dexterity.
► Martial Artist: Confident, sure of foot, able to punch a hole through their enemy's chest. This is a martial artist, and a foe not to be underestimated.
► Granted for defeating more than 25 enemies of equal or superior level bare handed. Grants a 25 point Limit Breaker to Strength.
► B.A.M.F: The baddest of asses, this monumentally magnificently mighty majestic warrior single handedly defeated a monster far above their level, with no weapons or armor.
► Granted for killing a monster more than ten levels stronger than yourself, without weapons or armor. x2 EXP from all kills.
► Speed Demon: Faster than all their foes, this character can kill anything, or anyone, in the blink of an eye!
► Granted for defeating 25 enemies of equal or superior level, in less than three posts each. Grants a 25 point limit breaker to Agility.
► Lycanthropic Immunity: Bitten, but not infected, this character's blood has absorbed the disease of Lycanthropy, and defeated it unharmed, rendering the character immune to the disease.
► Cannot be infected with Lycanthropy. Feat is removed on death.
► Vampiric Immunity: This character's blood is strong enough to resist the blood of a vampire, absorbing it, and rejecting it, rendering the character immune to the disease.
► Granted for resisting Vampirism. Can never become a vampire. Feat is removed on death.
► Champion: Ascending the ranks of the arena, this gladiator supreme defeated the arena's previous champion, and took the title for their own.
► Champion bonuses can be found in the arena. Title is lost if the champion loses any one on one arena battle, and the victor takes the title, and feat.
► Glutton: When food was put before him, he didn't stop eating until there was nothing left, and then he went to find some more. The Glutton can't remember how it feels to be hungry anymore it's been so long since he stopped stuffing himself. Luckily for his health, his metabolism is finally picking up the slack.
► Granted for fifty consecutive posts of Gluttony level Food Points, the character's Metabolism is increased by one grade. Normal > Double > Triple, etc.
► Anorexic: How they survive is a mystery to all, the Anorexic eats just enough to stay alive, and not a bite more. It's been so long since they've known what it felt like to be full, that their body has to compensate just to keep itself going.
► Granted for fifty consecutive posts of Starving level Food Points, the character's metabolism is decreased by one grade. Double > Normal > Half, etc.
