The Mastodon is a super-heavy armoured transport with two void shields and is designed to force breaches into enemy fortifications by quite literally cutting a hole in the wall, driving into it, then opening the doors on both ends, to create an armoured tunnel to go through.
As for the fist, the Vulcan is a new addition, for the current rules on it do not mention it also having a ranged attack all of the sudden. But rule of cool and all that I suppose.

Tiina Brown I think I want three of those transports. cat_3nodding Given the amount of weapons and void shields it comes with, expect each vehicle to be 500+ pts at the very least, probably closer to 750+ points.

There are special force organisation charts that allow for the fielding of more than one super-heavy, though you'd still have to play at a large point amount to get the most out of it.
