The Sun had yet to set, and the weave painted the sky beautifully with a mixture of reds and purples. The white clouds gave a nice creamy fluffy contrast against the passionate colors that mixed with the fading yellow of the sun. The air was crisp, and with the fading day a new crisp smell of the evening started to take over the wondering mountains of the skies of Kumperina. It had been a excited and special day for the Tahtll. On this special day, the proud b'alam could be found darting back and forth in the work shop just under his and Flick's home. It had been a wonderful day the moment that she had said 'yes' in her own way, and they had finally come to make the bound of Yoliliztli. That day was the happiest of days, and the second of happiest days was upon them-
Rhapsody couldn't believe it. He just couldn't believe it. Not only did Flick share the same feelings as he, but not only that-the idols they had carved together had been given the weaving of life! Blessing from the Weaver, surely. The proud father was so excited he didn't know even know how to handle himself or the news right then. The air was filled with the sound of jingles as the b'alam darted from one side of the workshop to another. He just couldn't believe it-and, and-He didn't know where to start! They were just so beautiful,-surely that was their mother's doing-and they all deserved something just as beautiful as they! They needed something wonderful to play and dance too, with any lucky their cubs would be just as creative and graceful as their parents. What was he thinking?! Of course they would be! They where all perfect in every way! Who was he kidding how was even to think that he could create items that would reflect their cubs and all their perfections?! Still he must try. Yes, for their Cub's sake.
Looking around the workshop, Rhapsody some how found it in himself to pause his paw steps. His heart had been sent into over drive at the excitement of creating something new that would represent every one of their living idols. The Bight and playful cubs, that had so much potential. Yes, he had to create something for them, so that they do would have something wonderful to create their sound of life. Though the ones that would take after their mother, could create their own sound in dance. Just thinking about it, was just so exciting.
Yellow tail shifted happily behind Wind Waker as he made his way to the work bench. He then looked about his tools and the unworked items that had a future to make music. Each item he would craft for their cubs, had to in essences represent them. Just like how the Lavute represent their mother...She after all was what gave inspiration to it's creation. Though he had almost lost the treasure, it still sounded and flowed just a beautifully as it's inspiration.
The sun had just only started to set, and the evening would be filled with planning. However it wasn't something he could stay long and work with. A slender eager ear turned to the door and opening of the work shop. He thought that he had heard his Yoliliztli's sweet voice. He had to return back to Flick and their cubs, he didn't want to miss a moment of their existence together. After all, what was the point of spending time away from the carvings that had been freshly woken? There was no good reason, so simply-he couldn't linger. With that in mind, Rhapsody gathered a few times with his thoughts and put them in a bag. He could start on plans, and work on the actual construction when he was ready to give life to the creations. As everything he thought he would need was gathered, the satchel was placed around his neck. Taking one last look about the shop, Rhapsody took a step back.
Okay, he had too be sure he had everything he needed, at least enough to get started on the task of creating Instruments for their little ones. For if he left at this moment without any other time that he may need, he didn't think-or even gather that he would want to leave Flick and their cubs for a second more to retrieve the items he may need. After all no item was worth the time away from them. Even if it was for one silly second. It was truly even a shock that he manged to get away for the time he did.
Chuckling to himself, Rhapsody turned himself being sure that he had gathered everything that he would need and if he lacked an item. Oh well, it could wait. Taking paw steps toward the opening of the door, Rhapsody opened up his wings and with a careful step The Tahtll opened up his wings and took flight to the sky. It wasn't a fair flight from their home, in the city. Anywhere could be considered home as long as Flick and the cubs where there. Truly, he pitty anyone that didn't have a home to go to, after nearly loosing everything that he cared for-Rhapsody found out really quickly what was important. If Flick and Timber hadn't been there, he doubted that he would have even made it off the surface. Thankfully, they had came for him, and he had recovered quite nicely to live and tribe another day. Wings guided the b'alam upward in a slow flap to their home, it would be rather soon that he would see his Yoliliztli and their freshly woven cubs. He would see their new and happy faces soon-They where what living was. Flick and their joy was what was important. Being able to fly back to them is what mattered, and he was thankful to the weaver for everyday he was given to spend with them....
They where all simply prefect in every way...
