Orphan rock, a landmark just below an overshadowing mountain. An obstacle for any who wish to journey up the Throat of the World. Stories that spill from the tongue of a bards mouth would say it's a devilish place, run by a Hagraven- a humanoid infused with a crow. Her name was originally Sosvina, a witch that lived a normal life in Helgen. She fell in love with a blacksmith, who was a hardworking and sturdy type of man, but also loving. She often wondered what the man would do if he found out what she was, what kinds of powers she held. If he truly loved her...It wouldn't matter what she was, right?
The two lovers were blessed with news of a child. Sosvina was overjoyed, and a little scared. She often dreamt of an infant, flailing its arms until swells of fire burned the balls of its tiny little palms, the babe would mewl and never stop. An ill omen, she prayed to the gods every night, she hoped her genes weren't dominant. In a way her prayers were answered; a stillborn, her child was lost and long gone. And she fell to madness; a power hungry and terrifying being she was after that. Someone that her husband failed to recognize, although she herself couldn't recognize him either they both had suffered. But Sosvina soon gave up her humanity in hopes to gain more power, and with it she held onto a dream and wouldn't stop until it was fulfilled.
The hag fled Helgen and made herself a nest just at the base of the mountain landmark, where she conducted spiritual sacrifices on spriggons to continue with her taboo spells. Along the way of time, her nest seemed to attract young and power greedy "witches", whom she claims as her children. The bard would sing and dance and also warn no one to journey those parts, but who was he? A naive joker who spewed nonsense; someone who doesn't tell or even know the whole story.
The hag really was a madwoman, she abducted plenty of children to self satisfy. But none of them filled the black hole of a heart she had, so she was terribly irritable and often abused the children. There was no escaping her.
The only shining light that the orphans had were the rumors of "large beasts taking flight" and the queer roar coming from the Throat.

Everyone will have the role of an orphan, but feel free to choose whatever race you want from elderscrolls. Make sure you character revolves around the races special ability, include it in your skeleton.
