The Banks of a Nameless River
Although the river that encircles Tertio Rome and separates it from Camp Gemini and New Byzantium is beautiful; it also serves a a harrowing reminder of what the Demigods have had to do to survive. The Roman and Greek Demigods carved the river into the Earth itself and months of toil and strife have allowed it to become a beautiful landmark.
The Banks of the River have become a very popular place for the younger Demigods and Legacies to hang out and Greek and Roman children can often be seen along the Banks waving to one and other or even playing games from one side to the other. It is a truly magnificent thing the river.
However, the River also represents a huge point of contention between the Romans and Greeks. Not only does it physically separate the two cultures but it also separates them ideologically too; no one side will relent on naming the river something that is linked to their own culture and as both sides seemed to have equal participation in the River's construction: No name has been agreed on to this day.
