Mission Ranks
In order to progress through the ranks of the B.A.I.T.R Organization, each individual is required to complete a certain number of missions within a certain rank before they can advance. These missions and ranks all come with their own requirements and rewards. These are as follows:
C Rank: These missions are usually just small investigations or skirmishes. The higher ups delegate the easy missions to the new trainees so the stronger baiters can focus on the more important tasks. To complete a C Rank mission, you must have a total of at least 1000 Lines.
B Rank: These missions are where the real baiters are sent. B Rank missions are missions that send baiters further out into the wilderness of the new world. It is either to scout for camps of enemies, special targets, settlements in crisis, or to discover new sections of the world. These missions are too dangerous to let trainees undertake, but after you have shown your worth, you will have access to these new missions and the new, more dangerous areas. To complete a B Rank mission, you must have a total of at least 4000 Lines.
A Rank: A Rank missions are only given out to those who have truly proven their worth in the Baiter world. These missions include dealing with powerful enemies that pose a threat to the security of the main settlements of the world, infiltrating known bases of operation for the A.I. enemies, establishing new bases of operation for the B.A.I.T.R Organization, or leading groups of baiters in warfare against the A.I. To complete an A Rank mission, you must have a total of at least 8000 lines.
S Rank: S Rank missions are the hardest of the hard. These missions are few and far between, but when they arise, the masters of the baiter organization are called out. The "Coders" as they are referred to as, are the strongest of the strong, and they are pitted against only the strongest enemies in the A.I. arsenal. These missions are usually long, arduous journeys to areas deep into the clutches of the A.I.. They usually involve hunting down proven warriors of the enemy race, and ending long conflicts before they begin. They can range in every direction to what you might be assigned to--but rest assured that if you are sent on an S Class mission, you will be protecting the world itself. To complete an S Rank mission, you must have a total of at least 30000 Lines.
