Bio: Dewitt was a simple boy from the Netherlands before he was kidnapped and brought to some unknown place at the age of eight. There, he was tested as an experiment with other people for how he was born and his abilities. He was the youngest of them all, and therefor known as the baby of them all. Through the torture and his time there, he became an overly paranoid person with many diagnosed mental issues that made him hard to function in life. Dewitt only wanted to return to his home after the event where the facility was destroyed happen. However, he never had the chance to. Shortly after, he was kidnapped yet again and trained even more for a small period of time before being forced to attend the school Augustine.

Abilities:
-String Theory-
Dewitt can summon strings of thick energy and connect them from one thing to another. Mostly, this is his use of travel rather than using his hands to turn his wheels. It's easier and much faster, an advanced and skillful use making him a fast-moving and hard target to hit. The strings can also be used in binding or just attaching to something. Has no offensive capabilities. The first part of the string must be attached in reaching distance to Dewitt but can be thrown to incredible lengths with the other end. The strings then after attachment can be controlled in length, shortening or extending by his control.
(For mobility, Dewitt throws a string infront of him and has it shorten to pull him to that destination.)
-Shock Therapy-
Dewitt naturally has a large amount of electricity in his body that is constantly emitted and generated in his body. Lifting his hands, bolts and ball of lightning can be summoned to attack his foes. It can also be transmitted among is strings, the strings raising the strength and amount of electricity and either shocking its target more or overloading the actual matter and causing it to explode.
