History: Nero is the older brother of Rykuō and lived a simple life devoted to study and traveling. Outside of that little is known about him except that he cares for his younger brother Rykuō.

3. Living Fear: By staring intently into a person’s eyes he can deduce a person’s fear and manifest it into the real world to use against them
4. Sand Arrow: Similar to a archer shooting an arrow the only different is he has no bow and the arrow is made of black sand
